The cue at 0:44 was used in a short video you made more than a year ago, soon after your spine surgery (I hope you're doing well and your convalescence is on point) but the cue wasn't explained and it perplexed me. This video took care of that and is invaluable. I applied it to my own ab rollouts and boy, did it make a difference! Take care!

I've never seen that kneeling banded twisting exercise before. That looks really good.

Notice a lot of kneeling exercises in this group - have you and the team found any sport transfer value in standing core exercises like Pallof variations and asymmetrically loaded deadlifts?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems23 күн бұрын
@@jamesewert3088 have used plenty of Pallof stuff. All of those are fine variations for sure. The standing vs kneeling transfer difference is pretty negligible imo

on the kneeling banded twist rotation, why not exhale on exertion/rotation against the band and inhale on the recovery/back to starting motion?

Can you please add the two band exercises to JuggernautAI?

Question: I'm 47 and just want to stay healthy for the long haul. Is there any truth to what people say about spinal flexion exercises (e.g. crunches or wheel rollouts) are bad for the spine long term?

I’ve seen a person doing those overhead kneeling crunches at a cable machine when the cable breaks…. Face plant is no good. Better inspect that band every time!
