Hi, I also bought the same model, I tested it with the supplied cigarette lighter cable, ODB kit and powerbank and it turns on normally in all cases, but in any case the parking mode is not present in the software, as in other cams such as the Vantrue, so how do you activate this mode even though it is advertised as present?

Thanks for your comment. I was not aware the cigarette charger would show as present. I hardwired mine to do so.

Does this run 24/7 and record? How is it for Arizona high temps? My car gets to be over 125° inside when sitting in the sun

If the camera is hardwired to the fuse box, then the camera is ready to record should anything happen overnight, like a bump etc. The temperature range that the cameras can usually withstand is from -20° to 70° Celsius. Your temp at 125 is 51 Celsius. If the temperature gets too high, the camera will automatically shut down, so you don't have to worry about safety. But the Brand recommends: avoid direct sunlight as much as possible when the car is parked. Because any electronic product working in a high temperature environment for too long can have adverse effects.

Just so that I can properly evaluate your review, did you purchase the Dashcam at the consumer price or did the company furnish it to you? I am guessing that you purchased it because the Federal Trade Commission requires that is an item is reviewed and it was not purchased, that has to be stated.

@@jrichards4051 When you first play the video or when you refresh the browser while the video is playing in the top-left corner a message pops up which says "Includes Paid Promotion". Although the description does not mention that the review unit was provided for free, you should ask yourself if you felt that the review was biased because of that?

Looks like a decent bit off kit. Video footage cam be very important in defending against spurious claims by third parties, vehicle cameras are essential in today's society.
