सब बराबर मात्रा मे खाइए, और अच्छे से व्यायाम, योगासन ,प्राणायाम करे , पहले महिला कुए से पाणी भरना, लकडी फोडना, घर मे गेहु पिसना, घर मे ओखलि मे मिरची मसाले बनाना, कपडे धोना, झाडु पोछा करना , ये सब करति थी, तो जितना शुगर था ,सब खत्म होता ता, अभी टीव्ही मोबाइल ने बर्बाद कर दिया है , कम से कम दोनो वक्त के खाने के आधा घंटा बाद भ्रमन करना चाहिए , योग मे अग्निसार,कपालभाती, भस्त्रिका, अनुलोम विलोम जैसे प्राणायाम करना चाहिए,

I understand that net-carb is important for a diabetic, but you have given a complete go by to the glycemic index and glycemic load factor. These are also important in determining the spike in blood sugar.

I have been following you since long. Your videos are very informative & educative. Thanks a lot. A healthy man may consume about 6 chapatis in 24 hours. Major portion of the carbs will be utilised by the body, the left over carbs may cause fatty liver/Insulin resistance. Can you please arrange a lecture on this aspect as well. Thanks.

Sir, kya boiled rice sugar ke marij kha sakte hain u me kitna sugar hota hai. Kuchh log bhura chawal bhi khane ko batate hain, bhura chawal(rice) ke bare me bhi batane ki kirpa karenge. Thank you.

Sirf gehu band karne se meri sugar 90 % thik ho gayi hai, me millets hi leti hu , jwar bajra kodo kutki etc, kash ye bat pahle se pata hoti to itni sugar nahi badhti , sugar patient gehu chhor deejiye and ho sake to rice bhi😊

subscribed today. Great info. But sir I have one doubt , please clarify. arrowroot ka carbo 81 gram hai . lekin uska GI and GL bahut kam hai. then how it will spke blood sugar as rocket? i dont think you are right here. GI is how fast enzymes convert the carbo to sugar. even it has net carb of 81 gram in 100gms , but it breaks the carbo into sugar slowly. but yes it will convert all the carbs into sugar gradually but it will take much time to do that. it will not have instant spike in blood glucose. please reply. correct me if I am wrong here.
