Last month I went to see a Dietitians/Nutritionists due to my Lupus. She gave me a sample of a meal plan that I should follow for one month! I went to her last month and I have an appointment with her this week. I went for blood work today . Hopefully my results would be back on time to so that she can compare last bloodwork inflammation to my new bloodwork this week. While eating only what she suggested .

Hey, according to medical medium, the cause of lupus (and hashimoto's) is EBV... do you have any thoughts on this? I myself had EBV and now have lupus and hashimotos... it seems like it could be the truth, would love to hear your thoughts or potentially see you do a collab video with medical medium to discuss?

Are you saying that a proper diet is as good as steroids and Hydroxychloroquine? You would need a lot of evidence to justify this claim.

Steroids and Hydroxychoroquine have wide-ranging side-effects, and are not entirely effective at managing Lupus. Also, the first approach to any condition should be to identify the root cause and optimize the risk factors contributing to the disease.
