Hello. My mom and her husband are close to this age and they worry me with how frail they became. Dr. Rhonda Patrick had a video where she said that high protein content is even more important for older people because they absorb less of it

How about women in perimenopause/menopause/postmenopause? How we can make muscle if we don't have testosterone, especially the fact women don't get prescribed testosterone!

Nope. Lol You're wrong. We shouldn't eat much protein. High carb high raw medium fat, low protein! That's our species-specific diet of frugivore ratio
