Elton's always been super at supporting & promoting other artists. A truly generous heart.

Now, of course, you have to go look up Kiki Dee's other major hit (with her own Kiki Dee Band) called I've Got the Music In me. She's a helluva vocalist and it's a crime that she didn't make more of an impact on the U.S. charts.

She also sang a great song called Star and the end theme to Stir Crazy .

You 2 are the funnest couple. The Hand Jive😂 Thanx for reacting to such a classic..yes great friends Elton and Kiki❤She was the first U.K female singer to sign with Tamla Motown, so it's worth checking out some of her stuff🎉

Kiki started her career as a 16 year old in 1964, released a lot of records in the 60s, did session work and worked with Dusty Springfield as a backing singer, she is still singing now in her mid 70s.

Ellton back in those days admitted he was bisexual. He have had during his career time at least 3 or 4 serious committed relationships with women. He's been married twice to women as well. Like he has proclaimed in earlier days in his career, he started coming out about his being attracted to men, especially during the last 30 years. And I do remember him also professing mad crushes that he would have on celebrities he will write songs for like Billie Jean King which he wrote the song Philadelphia freedom for and Kiki Dee who he said he had such a mad crush on.🤓🥀👩🔧
