Wow doctor, thank you, thank you, gracias!!! These exercises are exactly what I need right now. I found out this week that I have Spondylolisthesis. I don’t have that much pain. I’ve been working out and stretch for 40 years and now I wasn’t sure what to do and not to do. This video will definitely guide me❤

I certainly will - my next video to be released on June 30th(in 2 weeks) will show you an excellent exercise that should help with that. Take care.

Thanks doctor for this info. I have had several surgeries on my lower back. I have Spondylolethesis and the 1st surgery was for 5th, S1 root fusion when I was 13 yrs old. My last surgery was to remove the spinous process 2 thru 5. All was to relieve a constant searing pain in that area when I walk or stand. I've taken all kinds of meds and injections to mask the pain. I hate that. But, if I don't want to ride around in a wheelchair this is what it takes. I mostly just fight through it. I golf, lift weights and try to strengthen my glutes, core, legs upper and lower back. And, it does help to do the stretching and exercises you have shown. Now, at 75 yrs old I'm being told by my doctors that flexible vertical rods screwed into the vertebrae could be all that can be done at this point. I know this is terribly unfair of me to ask you, with such little and incomplete info I have provided however, I'm going to ask anyway. Do you know of anything that could possibly relieve/release my lower back muscles so that they are not always in the painful stressed mode? Thank you soo very much for even reading this.

Great videos only subscribed to your channel recently I have cervical spondylosis mainly on the left side of my c4-7 confirmed by mri scan and have all over muscle twitching following double hip labrum repair surgery (no muscle twitching prior to surgery) I did spend 4 weeks looking down reading my kindle after surgery as I was off my feet!! The twitching is in my left arm trunk area both legs and feet plus a weak left arm After doing your nerve flossing exercises and other neck exercises after only 4 days my neck feels somewhat better my question is about the fasciculation’s is there something I can do to help these I’ve explored supplement and mineral deficiencies etc Thanks in advance your videos are amazing
