Thanks for the tips ! I'm 85 and got that old neck and like your idea of holding chair seat and stretching the muscles , one side at a time . Trying to use a rubber ball at neck while in my vibrator recliner , that seems to help ! Just tell them to not sit very long and pray for there's not any golden years out there in this flesh world .Some are messed up a long time before , even in our youth .

I have a pinched nerve and if I push my chin back it triggers the pain, numbing that shoots down to my fingers. I've had deep tissue massages and x rays of my neck and shoulder but nothing showed up. Not sure what to do to correct this. Any advice would be appreciated

Thank you for your video! I'm so thankful to God! 100mg of Vitamin B-2 (Solaray's a good brand) with food at breakfast with your multivitamin. Another B-2 at dinner works amazingly to keep migraines away & gives me tons of energy. Anti-depressants & anti-epileptics can disrupt how your body absorbs B-2 (Riboflavin), which in turn can cause headaches and weight gain. Remember to thank God for this if it works for you too!!! Merry Christmas & a migraine-free New Year to you & yours!

Great advise, hot a Vertigo episode and was very scared, first ENT was so rude, I left practice crying, then I found a therapist that was so kind and did this manouver, it workex! I feel fine now. The most importants is that I feel safe with the therapist, he thinks the Vertigo is gone. I am doing some exercises at home, to improve the balance situatio, it is something that scared me a lot.

I’m 16 and my neck sometimes randomly starts clicking loudly, some days it acts up, other days it doesn’t. It’s been worse for over a year, it’s terrible and I feel like I’m going insane. Also, when I tilt my head back and roll my neck around there’s terrible suppressed clicks, and when I move my head up and left to right there’s mild little clicks and clunks, no pain or tingling whatever, please help.

Hi I got a question, I go to the gym regularly, is there any neck exercises that can correct the posture? I would like to integrate some exercises in my routine but I don't know what tools to use, can you help me? Thank you!

Just do these for warm up or cool down and make sure you are holding good posture with every other exercise you do. Best wishes.

Fantastic videos Dr. Jon Saunders! Thank you for this info. I do have a question please (all of the tests in this video triggered my dizziness). I injured left inner ear 17 years ago, which was the onset of vertigo then dizziness, but is 98% ok if I get good sleep. Now for the last few months, I have 24/7 dizziness. Have had over 20 specialist and PT visits since then. No clear issue. BUT, I had sleep test few days ago. Hardly slept, but they used thicker down pillow. The next day, I felt SO much better. Also noticed my usual neck tightness was MUCH better. I switched out my flat synthetic pillow for a fluffy down one and the next 2 days were much better than normal. I'm only skeptical, because the pillow pushes my chin down to my chest so seems counter-intuitive. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. I'm guessing the down is cradling my neck better? Sorry this was long, but I'm desperate and your videos are great! Thank you doctor!
@drjonsaundersКүн бұрын
It's hard for me to say without examining you...I encourage you to seek a professional who can test your neck to see if it may be contributing to your dizziness...best wishes.
