66 year old here! Lost 26 lbs over the last 6 months on a similar weight loss, cardio and gym program! 500 cal deficit per day losing 1 pound per week (3500 calories/week) .. keep the faith, you can do it! 💪

Thank You Mark! I am 73 years old and I feel more like I'm closer to 43 years old. I'm Blessed with Good Health and Good Genes. I work out at least 5 to 6 days a week. IMHO You are so right about watching macros and calories. Again Thank You for your videos.

I'll be74y/o next month. I started weight training 14 months ago at a weight of 185. I now weigh 207 with no change in pants size. I've gained at least 15lbs of muscle. For the last 2 months, I have finished every work out with a farmers carry. It is changing my body before my eyes. Studies have shown that the slower one walks, the more fat loss occurs than fast walking the same distance. So if you have time on your hands, take a long, slow walk. It would be nice if you could give a video on the benefits of the farmers walk. Thanks for all you do for us.

The single hardest part in my experience is actually committing to doing it. Once you've really decided to do it, the rest isn't all that hard. It's just difficult to commit to it (at first).

You don’t need to count calories to lose weight intermittent fasting is far simpler and less time consuming I’ve lost 60lbs and never counted a single calorie
