as a fencer i would of put a 6x1 gravel board on the bottom otherwise your boards will drop and would of used 4x4 posts also would of kept the rails level half and half on the posts and stagerred the rails so not all the joins are on one post (like brick work), also your gaps are to big aswell should put extra posts in between it also depends what postcrete you use :)

I've used concrete, I don't like post Crete it doesn't hold well. I'm trying to keep the costs down so as long as it looks decent on my side

Intresting good built fence however I know in my area and also in Devon and some other parts of the country the fire regulations and also building regulations state any fence can not be higher than 2mt and not have a drop from the top of the fence to floor more than 2 mt. I had a fence with trellis on top next door complained and I got an order to cut it down to 2mt. You also have to remember you only have one fence the people next door own the other side the law says fences on the left side of your home belong to you right side your neighbour. A front fence can only be 1mt. New house builds have a back fence around the gardens however you will see 2 sections with the boards on your side and one section with the boards on next door. Putting fences up and sheds up now id a nightmare with all the new regulations.

You really need 4 inch posts and a gravel board Framework is a bit untidy tbh Use a spacer as well as a 6 foot level for feather boards

Iirc the 'fair face' is meant to be towards your neighbours garden, if the fence belongs to you. That means you get the side with the posts and rails.

3.6n blocks will.be fine but but you should consult your engineer

it's was very sad day i went to a funeral my mum pass away i said she was a wonderful mum to me after the funeral i went home i got change into my nice pair of jeans t shirt boxers socks i went outside when i can here my best friend he called james very nice lad and he took me out to lunch and after lunch i payed for the food and drinks and after the pub it's was too hot for my t shirt off lay down put my feet cross and i stand by the wall put my hands in my pockets in my jeans i stick out my tounge
