Hi. I made a video similar to your and I have a nutrition degree so I love this video. The difference on one of the supplement is I use ubiquinol which is the active form of Q10, lot better

Can u tell me how it’s better ? Thanks

I heard that as well. Your body supposedly observes ubiquinol better so I’m taking it too.

Thank you for this video!! I followed your advice from when you where pregnant with Hayden for our first baby and now we're about to try again for #2 so your timing is perfect!! For an upcoming video: I'd love to see room/ nursery tours of the kids rooms if you're comfortable sharing! We're moving into our first home in June and I am so stuck with how to decorate a toddlers room. Thanks!!

Hi! If I'm prepping for my first pregnancy, and want to apply the supplements you took: Did you take 8 prenatal, 2 beef liver, 1 coq10, 1 vD, and 1 ALC a day? (I understand the last one is specifically for those who need it)

I loved this video my goodness you are a wealth of information! I was wondering if you could recommend a brand for the Active Form of Folate - you talked about finding one that is titled "5 Myth tetra hydra folate" but there are so many. Thanks so much!

Have you talked about gestational diabetes and why and how that happens im interested in that. I had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy and it was controlled through diet. I am nervous to get it with second pregnancy though.

Hi Becca! Thank you for this video! I have two questions for you…do you continue all of these supplements during pregnancy? And is Folate (1 mg as L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolatet from L-5-Methyitetrahydrofolic Acid, Glucosamine Salt) considered folic acid or is this the good folate? Thank you!!

I’ll be 35 in October and I feel like it might be too late for me. My husband and I are rarely intimate these days because I have a lot of pelvic floor pain - I’m not sure what to do.

@EvaB-it2wv10 ай бұрын
Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Do you take the recommended 6 capsules a day of the Beef Organs supplement?!
@BeccaBristow Жыл бұрын
Ooh good question!! Since I take a prenatal, I don't. When I'm pregnant I typically take 3, and non pregnant I take 2 (I still use this as my iron supp regardless of fertility stuff). Some people do take beef organs in place of a prenatal...if that's the case I would definitely take the full recommended amount.

Thanks a tonne for such an educational video, quick question : Will seeking health prenatal (8 pills) plus beef liver pills (6pills) not cause a vitamin A overdose? I think its abt 8000IU a day

Thanks so much for sharing!! Was wondering what are your thoughts on the ritual prenatal vitamin? Just looking at the ingredient list and the sourcing. It seems pretty good to me, but I have no nutritional background whatsoever.
@BeccaBristow Жыл бұрын
I think it's an okay prenatal, but there are better out there. It's actually what I was taking when I miscarried - NOT saying it was because of the prenatal BUT it did make me look deeper into prenatals and try to find the best, and I landed on seeking health's. Still take that one to this day!

@@BeccaBristowso glad I came across your video - thankyou for the info. The prenatal you linked seems to be unavailable - are there any quality alternatives you know of?

@BeccaBristow how many Optimal Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal’s do you take daily. I was told to take two capsules daily with food, then when I become pregnant to take 3 capsules daily. I was concerned about the amount of vitamin D3 that I would be consuming it would be 200mcg/8,000IU daily. What are your thoughts on this one?

Hey Becca I just came across your channel because I saw your miscarriage video from a few years back. I’m so sorry you went through that. I’m going through LITERALLY the same exact scenario now and I’m devastated bc we obviously wanted this baby so bad. We have a 5 year old and we wanted to space out our kids and now that we were ready this happened. We planning on trying as soon as I pass this miscarriage and get my periods again. My question is what do you think about Nature Made Pre Natal vitamin the one that is Multi vitamin plus 200 mg of DHA Do you think that one has a good amount of folate in it? Bc that’s the one I was taking. I’m heartbroken and I’m thinking about def loosing some weight before starting to conceive again I want to do everything in my power to have the healthiest eggs and my husband the healthiest sperm as well. What a rollercoaster ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Excellent video Becca! 😊💕👏🏼I just started taking Prenatal Nutrients by Pure Encapsulations. This company seems to produce quality supplements and I’ve read success stories with this prenatal. Have you heard of this one?

Your explanation of Folate and MTHFR was incredible and I want to shout it from the rooftops!! I believe my sons oral ties were due to me taking folic acid. My second I avoided ALL folic acid and she had no ties. You should cut this video and release a clip titled "Folate/Folic Acid" so people can find it easier when doing research.
@BeccaBristow Жыл бұрын
Aw yay thank you!! YES folic acid has also been linked to ties - I was extra conscious in my last pregnancy (I never supplemented with it but would consume it in some grain products sometimes) and my son had no ties! Both of my daughters did. Wild! Also that's a great idea about cutting down the video - so smart thank you!!
