3. Recovery:
Prioritize sleep and relaxation. One should aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night and take short breaks to de-stress during the day. Proper recovery is crucial for maintaining productivity and overall well-being.

No , it's not a healthy habit. A daytime is not a replacement for a full night's sleep. It can help relieve fatigue but it's not a good option

Bhaiya mai bas feet rahne ke liye homework out karta hu, Mujhe exercise karne ke time lagta hai jitna jada pasina release hoga utna jada fat burn hoga. Pasina release hone se body fat par effect parta hai ya nhi? Plz reply

Yes, sweating can be loosely related to calorie burning, but they are not directly linked. If you are exercising in a cold environment and are not sweating as much, you are still burning calories. Also, keep in mind that if the environment that you're exercising in is too hot, it could decrease your performance. Your body is also like a machine that does not like overheating.
