Hi Lee. You know fresh food is so incredibly important and if more people ate a consistently healthy diet, there would be less illness. However, once someone has developed an illness, diet alone will not reverse it, although it's still a very important foundation. You are on the right track though...Continue to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise, drink plenty of water and get good sleep to stay healthy. Blessings.

I've heard conflicting info on whether we should consume grains such as quinoa because it will turn into sugar and cause inflammation which slows the healing and causes pain. I have heard the same with fruit but I do knowe berries are lower on the glycemic index. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Basically just go keto. I recommend everyone start the Ketogenic diet and get into fasting as well, you'll thank me later. With fewer meals you'll be able to buy better quality products, that's crucial, specially if you live in the US. Your entire body will repair, not just your nerves. Your health will improve drastically and you will lose weight effortlessly. Down with sugars and processed foods !

Hi doctors. I am very glad that I found your channel, it gives a lot of hope. I have been having unexplained neurologic symptoms (tingling and numbness throughout the body mostly on my feet and legs but occasionally in other parts of the body as well) for around 1 year and half. I went through all the tests and examinations (for MS, peripheral neuropathy, blood tests, thyroid and everything came back clear) I have been taking a lot of vitamins and did a lot of changes in my diet, however the symptoms are still present. Could it be that I might be having nerve issues, regardless of the tests showing that there is no damage of my nerves or brain? Could you help me further with my symptoms and if yes how can I schedule an appointment? Thank you so much
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors Жыл бұрын
Hi Lisa. I can't tell you how many people had been to their neurologists and had NCV testing done which came back negative when they had full blown PN. This usually happens because the damage isn't severe enough to register on the tests. We would absolutely be honored to help you recover. You can either call our toll free number to schedule a consult with us via Zoom or telephone (toll free: 844-400-0101) or you can schedule directly by using this link: bit.ly/Neuro-Consult We look forward to meeting with you and helping you reverse your peripheral neuropathy. Try eating liver every other day and see what happens! Chicken liver cooked in bacon grease with onions tastes great. But beef liver would be better. Also a daily dose of 100 mg of vitamin B1. Give it two to three months and see what happens.

if you were ever on certain antibiotics for infection, like for UTI....some of them actually cause nerve damage. my doctor knew I had PN, but still put me on citafloaxin (spelling?) for *A MONTH* .

@@kathym6603I would not eat chicken liver unless it was organic. Those chicken growing houses are crammed full of birds and their livers filter out the high doses of parasite killers, anti-biotics, growth hormones, etc. Calf liver is better tasting than Beef liver and should be less toxic. Grass fed beef liver would be a little less tasty but safe. I grew up in South Texas in the fifties and there no big feed lots. A few miles away was a slaughter house on a corner where we could see what kind of animals they were processing that morning. We could return in mid afternoon and purchase a whole liver for $0.25/ lb.

Thank you for another informative video. Just thinking out loud is NAD or NAD precursors like Niacin, NR or NMN helpful for nerve repair? If yes at what doses?
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors Жыл бұрын
Hi there eight of hearts! I was just thinking about you this morning because I hadn't heard from you or received one of your excellent questions. So nice to hear from you again. You're very welcome. I absolutely love NAD/NAD+. It's so helpful and necessary for mitochondrial function and cellular energy. It doesn't have a direct effect on nerve repair but it will facilitate it indirectly by improving ATP production and cellular fuel for the nerves. I recommend between 200-400 mg, daily. Blessings.

The quinoa that I have is from Zestiva, I was wondering if it contain just the best form of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) and not the synthetic form as I am planning to take quinoa for all my meals from now on. Hello Doctor I would like to know how and when is the best time to take NUPHORA GOLD Everyone Tells you different Is it best to take with food or an empty stomach I appreciate your input Thank you
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors Жыл бұрын
Hi Dimitris. We always recommend taking Nuphoria cm Gold with food. This is because anyone that suffers with a sensitive stomach, Acid reflux, Gerd or other GI disorders can experience stomach upset or nausea when taken on an empty stomach. So to play it safe, we always recommend taking it with food or a snack. Also, the afternoon serving should be taken no later than 3pm. The B vitamins in N. Gold raise your energy level, so for some people, when this is taken later than 3pm, sometimes it can interfere with their sleep cycles and keep them awake. Let me know if you have any other questions. Blessings.

Buckwheat has just as many sources of nutrients and minerals as quinoa and is grown in Canada and a much better alternative especially if you don't like quinoa -- so we don't need quinoa! But we do need balanced copper and zinc (with iron so like liver!)sources that are not even mentioned here and probably the single important nutrient for this before these 5 .

Thank you for this video. I find I am unable to eat may of these foods due to SNAS (nickel allergy). Any suggestions for those who have food allergies and neurophathy?
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors Жыл бұрын
Hi Ej. Absolutely. There's still a lot that can be done. First, most food allergies are a result of a dysfunctional gut. I would find a functional medicine doc in your area (ifm.org/find-a-practitioner/?) and see if that's the case. Next, there are still a ton of produce that you can eat that doesn't contain nickel so stick with those. Also, get on a good quality nerve support formula. This should get you started.

Dear Dr .Hello from England UK . I am 71 years of age female . I developed Atypical neauropathic facial pain 3 years ago, its in my nasal passage that effects my eyes and forehead , its a constant hot stinging pain , by evening it becomes unbearable. I have been seen by an ENT specialist as well as a Neurologist, have been put on Gabapentin and Pregabalin but reacted badly , now on Duloxetine on maximum dose and pain killers. Doctor, I feel low and exhausted with the pain. Is there any help , new approach , anything I could safely try . My MRI and other scans were all clear.

Hi Kiran. Yes, you will absolutely need to use photobiomodulation (PBM) along with the critical nutrients. As well, you need to change your diet to an anti-inflammatory diet or keto diet to reduce systemic inflammation and couple this with intermittent fasting. 1) Vital nutrients for nerve repair: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHVpqRqbpKeqbc 2) The Right Dose: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnywgYCGf7JngLs 3) Avoid these Ingredients: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6PRYX-YabeAl7M 4) Healing with Light: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hH-7dah8mJqWfrc 5) Avoid buying Infrared Junk: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4PWlYKOfcmAf8U

For almost 2 years I have experienced numbness all over my body after I was given the Covid vaccine dose 1, question: -Is the numbness caused by nerve damage? would you recommend nuphoria or something else?
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors Жыл бұрын
Hi Dedi. I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this. To date we've worked with over 10 cases of Peripheral neuropathy developed after taking the vaccine/booster. Our colleagues have also seen a fair number come into their offices, too. These are things they never tell you when you're getting the shot. Typically, what we've found is that the vaccine/booster can cause significant mitochondrial toxicity and damage which can result in sensory (small fiber) or motor (large fiber) or autonomic peripheral neuropathy (or any combination of these three). Yes, you need to start with a good quality nerve support formula (like Nuphoria-you will need both the Gold and Blue). However, due to the mitochondrial toxicity, you will need more. The mitochondrial recovery has to be addressed. I would recommend you set up a consult with us via Zoom, Skype or Telephone so that we can do an in depth medical review and formulate a protocol that's specific for your needs. We work with people across the U.S. and globally. You can reach us at: 844-400-0101 for more information or schedule directly using this link: bit.ly/Neuro-Consult Please hang in there and don't settle for living with this. Blessings.
