DMC2 was a better game originally in the UK. DMC2 ran at 60hz (DMC1 was letterboxed and ran sluggish) DMC2 also debuted the MUCH better control scheme that carried over to the rest of the series, so much so that in the HD collection they retroactively changed DMC1's face controls to be the same and finally have it run at the correct speed.

I think Dante actually has drank before but it is very rare of him. I think I remember seeing him with a beer in the anime but he normally went for strawberry sundays. (In the first novel of devil may cry Dante has a drinking contest with a guy named Gilver who's face was covered in bandages and carried a katana-like weapon, Dante won.)

Air raid and vortex are badass. There are certain enemies that don’t stand a chance against them. Griffon can be destroyed by only using these moves and he can’t do much against it. Some enemies that usually block your attacks become little ants that fry under your mighty fist.

well i did it. used some items on Nightmare 3 & Mundus. (also tried a holy water on Nelo 3 out of curiosity & then popped a d-star & beat him. shut up.) now imma casually enjoy some DMC 3 & MGR:R. only other games i 'platinumed' were Bayonetta & Jet Set Radio HD.

Technically, if you think about it. Leon, dante, and ken are the same character. Dante and leon being linked by dante originally being leon before the game got reworked to dmc. And dante & ken being linked by Rueben Langdon. Even further enforced by the dmc4 dante outfit in sfv. Also Leon "Ken"nedy
