I just returned my DJO Omso mobile 6. Limites payload, cannot maintain it's angle and you phone rotates in a weird manner when doing a low angle to high transition shots.

I get what you mean. I have multiple gimbals at home , and I have learned that the limited tilt range is due to the different structural design. OM6 focuses on being compact and portable, it's a great choice for me personally as a travel gimbal and fits my everyday filming needs. At the end of the day, it's what works best for you.

I think you have to decide on what features you want most. What is most important for your video shoots? For me, being able to use a small NVMe enclosure while using a gimbal is paramount as I only record using Apple ProRes. I just returned the Insta360 Flow Pro as it was unable to carry the minimal, but additional weight. I'm going with the iSteady M6 due to great reviews, but mainly because it's able to carry additional weight. Thanks for reviewing and posting the video.

DJI Omso Mobile 6 is struggling to keep phone steady even at 300grams, if we need to have accessories like additional SSD or mic or LED light, then this is not the device, more over object tracking keeps failing.

I think the worst choice is the DJI one, it has limited movement angles and awkward motions. For a gimbal, you’d expect excellent stabilization, but this makes it the worst option…

Osmo mobile 6 has poor face tracking . But it steady and well constructed. In the other hand insta 360 has amazing face tracking but the base are poorly constructed

Ah did u get the update yet? I use my OM6 for family vlogs. The face-tracking feature has greatly improved since the latest firmware updates. Now I don't need to worry about losing tracking after they disappear behind a tree or smth like that. 🙌🙌

FAKE NEWS! Yes, while it isn't on the Play Store or Apple App Store, the DJI Mimo App is downloadable from DJI. I have an Osmo Pocket 3, which uses the same App. It works! I have both an iPhone & Samsung. It's better on the iPhone, but works on the Samsung too. Getting it from DJI is pain, but I got over it. All the gimbals are from sketchy Chinese outfits. DJI is at least reputable for their products. Anyway, love my Pocket 3, but there's times when I need to use my phone, so I just ordered one. Since I already have the Mimo App, I'm hoping for a soft landing and that it will work seemlessly whether I'm using my iPHone or Samsung
