I've got cubital tunnel syndrome in both arms. I've lost a lot of muscle in my left hand, and sometimes it seizes up. Have you got any tips you could offer me?

Excellent workout for the wrists & hand grip. Thank you. I have found in the past that my wrists will hurt when putting my full body weight on them. I need to strenghten them.

Thanks for this KZbin video I had a stroke in September 9th 2022 and all these exercises are very helpful for my recovery. It was my right side that was affected. Thanks Bx

Oh, you read my mind, Margaret! At 59 years, over the space of 8 weeks, I have gone to working out every morning for an hour to barely being able to lift a mug of tea with one hand. At least I haven't had to wait long for a diagnosis. Rheumatoid Arthritis affecting hands, wrists, feet and OA changes and nerve compression at C4, 5 and 6. I'm currently on cortisone/pain medication before starting a tailored treatment in the New Year. These exercises look like a good place to start getting some strength back in my poor hands and wrists! Thank you!🙏🤗

Wow amazing! Thank you for this video. Who knows a table can be used to strengthen hands!!! I was actually looking for methods to strengthen my wrists and hands!

Are these exercises suitable for me? I had a bad break of my right wrist 5 months ago resulting in an operation to insert a plate and pins to stabilise the break. Currently I've lost feeling in my first and second finger and thumb tips which my orthopaedic consultant said may infer carpal tunnel syndrome issues. I just went through your exercises with 1lb dumbell and felt comfortable.

Margaret, this is so helpful. Your clear instructions make it easy to follow. This is an exercise that I feel we could easily overlook and yet we count on our hands and wrists everyday. It will no doubt help with my piano playing. Would you consider making a video for our feet? I have been using correct toes for just over 2 years and can see the difference in my feet. Slowly, a bunion that was developing ,is changing!!

Thank you Margaret, mine are good and very glad to keep it that way, when lazing on the couch 🛋 (primarily to rest my back) it's just so very easy to rotate, do some hand stretches!

I need this. I was in an automobile accident when I was 20 and it ripped the tendons out of my little and ring finger. I get by. But in my late 60s now, I'm aware I really need to strengthen my grip, hand and wrist strength on that arm.

Finger nail clippers are the hardest for me. I’m going to try your ideas for strengthening m wrists and hands.

When you talk about tendinites, is it at the wrist or at the elbow? Mine is at the elbow. Can I do all these hand and wrist exercices safely?

Material presented is quality as always. But the room is distracting. Sensory overload attacks me with the busy backround--plants galore and a big painting. I find it difficult to focus on the exercise. A beautiful room for sure, and probably relaxing otherwise.
