Thanks Margaret for your excellent sleep time stretching routine. Stretching plays an important role. At the age of 70 I know how crucial it is to stretch before getting out of bed,before going to sleep and after the exercise. Is it ok to do the hip flexor stretch … knee to chest when you have osteoporosis and/or compression fractures.

Why did you wean yourself off using a pillow? I infer that pillows aren't ideal...
