Bro I just asked another streamer ab this the other day because I using an 80lb sand Everlast bag and my shins have been getting beat. However I am conditioning to it so I guess I should just keep kicking the Harder bag. Thanks alot man you're videos help me a ton!

Sorry ... those kicks to the fight camp free-standing bag were done way lighter than on the other bags ... obviously not a fair comparison (check out those front kicks lol). Man, I hate being BS'd, but that's the world today.

Honestly the free standing fight camp bag is better than a traditional bag because it doesn't move so you can really throw multiple kicks without it moving just like a Thai style pole mounted bag

I have something similar to the fitven (there's a whole bunch of companies that make this) - I have a non porous floor - I wiped down the floor AND the suction cups - and it DOESN'T fall - no water or sand in the base. Definitely works great with a non porous floor.

Ya using a hanging Muay Thai bag might hurt your shins…
