thank you for all the videos, the hand maneuver help me get off the medications, witch is really really special. If I would live in u.s. I would just come to shake your hand. still I have pain and tension durning night, pretty intensive, but i work on relaxation and take my time to accept the work in front of me - but day time - im a new man. its amazing. would love to hear something about relaxing the diaphragm before goin to sleep, and is it ok to do the hand technics when pain wakes me up at night? really really amazing work, cheers!

I rang the gastroenterologist again today because I’m in a mess still no appointment I don’t know what I have but main symptoms are cough and closing of the throat from the acid the ear nose and throat confirmed that a while back had a year of constant coughing everyday all day 😢 like regurgitation cough it gets that bad I can’t breath cuz of the throat closed

I’ve had a really bad day but it seems the more I eat the better I am it’s strange but throat is really hurting 😞 I don’t even know if I have a hernia I have no idea what I have the doctors are useless and the gastroenterologist is taken there time to see me

@@supraanon1914 endoscopy doesn’t always show a hiatal hernia if it’s less than 2cm. Barium swallow is another test and hh can be missed on that too. The maneuver is hArmless and effective and worth trying

Yes but not recommended with hiatal hernia. First do these exc and then if you need to you could use our hiatal hernia hook (will be out in 2022) to self treat and pull hernia down.

honestly so scared ever since pfizer and covid i have been throat clicking/ larynx clicking and it’s honestly the worst symptom ever i could live fine with any other symptom, im just so worried that if i get surgery for the HH the throat clicking will still be there its not bloody on honestly i wish ww3 would happen so i can finally leave this place
