Ben, I've been watching your videos for over a year now.. I'm deep into my due diligence phase. Located in Southern Ohio, no commissary needed and deep fryer is allowed. I'm torn between the big dog and fully loaded cater pro. I'm 64 and taking early retirement. I wish I would have done this years ago. This video greatly helped me in my decision. Cart vs trailer...... I built an enclosed kitchen/commissary. if I had it to do over again I'd go with a cart due to one thing........COMMERCIAL INSURANCE!!!!! holy crap it was all fun and games until I got hit with 250 a month for business insurance and commercial vehicle insurance.....I now work for the insurance company

Ben you're a tripper! Love your positive energy and enthusiasm. I can relate to your origin story. I'm currently homeless and broke after suffering depression for years. I'm starting to figure out a way forward and can't wait to start vending, hopefully hot dogs! Let's hope they work out as popular here in Australia as the U.S. (pretty sure they're loved just as much)

Can't the cash cow cook hot dogs just as fast? The only thing different it fits in smaller spaces. And better for street dog in.?
