I separate the eggs whites and added 2 more eggs whites and I made a meringue with the whites and blended with the other ingredients and my cake raised twice and it was fluffy and light. I didn't put the 3 milk because didn't have the condensed milk so I just put stevia in some heavy cream with some almond and vanilla extract and I wash the top of the cake with while he was still hot. And I did a butter cream for the icing with stevia and butter and i put some toasted almond on top of the cake. All my family love so much the next day it was finish and they want a another one !!!😉

Hello Mayra love your channel. Just a question? You mentioned the baking time at 20 minutes? But at 5:38 of the video when you opened the oven, the fan was spinning in the back? Do you have your oven set at convection? At twenty minutes my cake was like jello . It actually took almost 30 minutes. That would also explain why you said yours was toasty. Tasted delicious! You can try to substitute the almond flour for coconut, just add more eggs and milk here is why: Because coconut flour soaks up more liquid than nearly any other type of flour, recipes that include it also include additional eggs and liquid to compensate for its absorbent nature. (And I took the time to answer your question because I am regiomontana 😄) I baked this recipe today, I will add less sugar to the flours but that’s my preference.

I line the bottom with parchment paper (just trace and cut it in the circle) then spray the sides with avocado oil 💗
