There are perhaps some other position specific ones you can add but you can't go wrong doing these basic ones.

It's over used. Use it for a warm up then get into drills where you are moving at a rate of speed and changing direction. That's what the position calls for. A boxer doesn't spend an hour on the speed bag to develop his skills. It's a small part of his development. So too should the ladder be.

If you are going to do a full DB workout after doing this then 1 set of each is fine for a warmup. If this is the only thing you are going to do that day then 3-4 sets of each would be fine.

There are many places online where you can find ladders. In this video, I am using one from Speed City. Actually, it's two ladders connected together to make one long ladder. Feel the burn... lol
