😊Informative video, I think it's better to buy flats in developed township - *Crossings Republik* than here because price is too high for middle class & far from Delhi. Crossing republik township is developed, authorized, planned, bang on NH-24, near to Noida, Delhi, Noida extension & Indirapuram.😊

Don't buy ..Mahagun is no 1 fraud. Mantra has land dues in authority and mahagun is not giving possession. Not completing society amenities, not completing flat even year after full payment

If you don't like it then you can't say it's a paid promotion. I never do paid promotions.. if it does not fit in you criteria then you can't say it's a bad project. Land is 100% paid, low rise property, newly construction, gated community with decent amenities then what do you want in this cost. Are you looking for Luxury property at this cost.

Kuch log jo flat ki kisht ya kisi wajaha se paisa jama nahi kar saake sarkar ne unka flat fortieth karke doobara online allotment draw se new alloties ko allot kar diya. Wo bhi bahut unche rate par.. 20 pac par 29.76 sqmt ka flat. Reallity ye hai ki log 8 se 10 pac mai sell karne ko grahak dhoond rahe. Aap chahe to 99 acer par search kar sakte. Humne kuch logo ne waha ka ek group banaya hai... Aur authority se laddai chal rahi hai. Basic needs aur amenities ke liye. Aur 13oct 2024 ko pehli bar RWA waha deepawali milan samaroh kar rahi... Both are different segments, Royal City is a high rise property and this is a low rise property. Construction quality is decent and 100% land is paid, Royal City is a high dense project so just because of the Purvanchal brand you can't say this project is never take off.
