In case people are wondering since chat seems confused... Being gazed by an aoen does not equate becoming emanator immediately so we still don't know if Feixiao became an emanator here or not. If that was the case, then trailblazer would have been the emanator of destruction, preservation, and harmony.

IIRC, all the generals are sort of shards of an emanator. The marshal(Fu Hua) is the one who got Lan’s gaze/gift centuries ago and she shares the power like how Diamond does. Where Diamond has each Stoneheart carry a cornerstone, it seems Fu Hua has the generals inherit guardians like the lightning lord etc(or its just some of them that do, Jing Yuan’s predecessor had it before him but that might just be a one off if the others didn’t get theirs the same way).

Xianzhou story line is basicly the Dainsleif arcs from Genshin. We get a bit every year slowly eluding to the endgame of fighting aeons. But it wont happen until the main story of collecting all paths actually finishes.

Ehh it's more like a combo of Liyue/Moonrite honestly. It's Hoyo so ofc they made the Chinese inspired place the hub we come back to yearly. I only say that b/c we get Aeon lore every patch and heavy Aeon lore in general comes from Herta/Simulated Universe patches more than Xianzhou, with them it's only ever related to the war on the Abundance.

I think it is since her study is life after all, what was previously in Tingyun’s body was an emanator and she revived an emanator before, it just couldn’t last because that respective aeon was dead, but that isn’t the case here, if Tingyun’s body is suitable to host a emanator Ruan Mei might put an emanator of the hunt within her, as long as Lan lives she’ll do too, smth like that?

Also i hope Mina does play the Wardance Event since it honestly felt more like a Belobog continuance quest with the additional event battle mechanics a lot like the ghost hunting event back in 1.5.

This update was really fun, we finally have a good main story in Luofu . I really hope you play the event too! It easily became on of my favorites! PS: Can be a bit of a Spoiler - I really like how the events are canonical, like, the characters remembers our interactions makes the world much more alive. The Ghost-Hunting Squad is the best example I have about this, and the tournament event is another important one that made me like the characters even more than I was expecting
