@@lightningstrike5024 The TER (triple ejector rack) can carry 3,000 lbs per rack. This ain’t about the weight. The total weight difference between a TER loaded with D’s and G’s is 600 lbs. 1,800ish with G’s and 1,200ish with D’s.

@@hans2936 The TER-9A is the currently used model for the F-16 and A-10. I would know because that was my job as aircraft armament. They dropped the BRU-42 (the triple ejector rack you’re referring to) in favor of the TER-9A for those reasons.

The slight dip in flight performance is more than made up by practically ensuring a 1 hit kill. Not worth only bringing two for the F-16 though, so I guess the Harriers still have the good stuff to keep them unique and relevant.

During the dev server they did hardly any damage at all. Had a Harrier fire dozens of 65Gs at my tanks and it took him a very long time to actually kill me, usually just breaking my tracks

I understand that the other one is a HEAT warhead but it still has 50Kg of explosive mass so why the heck does it not just obliterate tanks in the same way as the SAPHE? In the game HEAT has significantly lower explosive effect than pure HE or HEAT-frag of the same mass, that's how the devs modeled it.

It's a practice I've seen repeated at WT over the years. Give something very strong to the next big updates to balance the game board, delivering the equivalent in aircraft or effective countermeasures on the ground. With the aim in between of selling more premium vehicles and premium days to advance research on those vehicles more quickly.

1)since Pantsir's ignore the missile they can clearly see on their radar, it's their problem. I feel somewhat bad for tankers, but these mofos both see the missile and have means to intercept it. 2)Gaijin would still nerf it asap😅
