Welcome to my KZbin channel Hairliciously. In this channel, I will be taking you on a journey of my FUE hair transplant progress. Towards the end of November 2016, I had a 1700 FUE hair transplant done in South Korea at Motion Clinic (en.motionclinic.kr) to lower my hairline and to fill in my receding temples. The FUE hair transplant procedure took me about 7-8 hours to complete and cost me approximately $5000 USD.

=======================================
Products I am using to supplement my FUE hair transplant:
1. Finasteride 1mg/day (generic brand for Propecia/Proscar) - Finasteride is approved by the FDA for male pattern baldness and is effective in slowing hair loss for men.
2. Biotin 10,000mcg/day - Biotin is effective in thickening hair, nails, and beautifying the skin. I've noticed thicker and stronger hair after using Biotin for the past few months.
3. Vitamin D 3,000IU/day - Vitamin D helps maintain a healthy body
4. Minoxidil (Rogaine) - Minoxidil slows hair loss progression and promotes hair regrowth. I've noticed that using Minoxidil helped me grow my transplanted hairs a lot more quicker.
5. Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000 mg
6. Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)

I am a woman with low blood pressure and worried like you. But I used it every night 1 full cup, sometimes more to cover the area. It didn't lower my blood pressure at all. You might feel a little different if you are sensitive but just ignore it, and keep putting it on. Make sure you put it on after 30min-1hr, measure your blood pressure, and write it down. I did that for about 2 weeks, but nothing happened. So I don't measure it anymore. Scalp absorption won't go into your system and change your blood pressure. Unless you are taking the minoxidil pill. Buy rogaine foam to minimize scalp irritation. FDA approved means it is really really safe. Don't worry about it. Safe your hair!!

Hello, I am a bit confused with the size required to obtain the best results. I read that 0.5 mm will be enough because you can do it more times at week than 1.5 mm and using with Minox the results will be faster. What you think will be more effective: repetitions with 0.5 mm or deep needling once at week? Sorry for english.

i'm in my 30s. i've been using minoxidil for the past three years to acceptable results - nothing miraculous, but it's slowed the thinning. still, i have not grown my hair out too long because the thinning would become noticeable. 2.5 weeks ago, i began using microneedling with the derminator 2 at 1 mm on my scalp. i originally bought it to improve the texture of my face, but learned it could help with stimulating hair regrowth. i have noticed improved thickness in strand count as well as some restoration of my original hairline that has gradually receded (about 0.25" to 0.5"). i'll have to see what it'll look like after 6 months with weekly needling. but it is encouraging, and i hope i can finally have different hairdos again

@360.Tapestry 5 жыл бұрын
@@Daniel-ld7xs thanks for asking. it's filled in even more, but i don't think it will ever be as thick as when i was 18 lol i have thick hair strands that also grew in very thick when i was younger. maybe if i had discovered this method sooner, i could've preserved more of my hair count. or maybe it just requires more time to see the full effect (i have only started this late february or early march). the progress has been slow but steady since the i first noticed the difference. i still see new individual strands growing below my current hairline and just one or two around the corners, but most of the hairs are very fine. right now, they are too thin and too many to count. perhaps, as they grow and get cut, they'll appear thicker. even if i just maintain this current amount of hair, i would be satisfied because the thinning is only noticeable during the in-between phase - it is not noticeable if my hair is very short or very long

What’s the difference between micro needle and derma roller? And which is better?
@502gaming4
@502gaming4 5 жыл бұрын
Christopher Caceres Derma roller is a form of micro needling. There is micro needling stamps, micro needling pens etc... it’s the roller device that is derma roller

I saw the best results with my treatment at the beginning of my treatment, using derma roller. After 4 months, I stopped using DR and my results stopped... Why did I stop? because DR breaks my hairs so my haircut appears really "strange"... Maybe derma pen can fix this problem, I tried a couple of times but DP is quite boring to use...

This guy is not worth your time than. He talks about 2 a day minoxidil, but minoxidil works in body for 23h so only stupid people say about 2 a day. Btw results show that minoxidil works better one time per day than twice.

Hello! I have questions! I've heard that dermarolling is not effective when you don't have hair in certain areas. On the contrary, it does help when you have thin hair since the dermaroller is gonna stimulate those follicles. However, in this video, I've noticed that those guys have no hair at all, and new follicles appeared out of nowhere. So, dermarolling stimulates the creation of new hair follicles? Another question, what size of dermaroller should I use? I'm 21 and I've lost some hair, (not much tho) but still I can notice my scalp more than before. I was thinking on using a 0.50 dermaroller size, but should I use bigger needles to have better results? Thank you!
@RH-zc5dq
@RH-zc5dq 3 жыл бұрын
if follicles are dead, you will need a transplant and then microneedling would stimulate those new follicles along with existing ones..for microneedling you can use 1-1.5 ..on your face 0.5-1..depending on your pain tolerance..its not really painful but can be little ..some use numb cream..make sure not to use hot water and dnt get exposed to direct sunlight or heat..try to take shower after 8 hours at least..

@92adnany

Studies show it messes with mens sexual organs and many more side effects. If you google It, they claim and say there will be no side effects but if you dig deeper it definitely shows that on studies conducted, hundreds of people suffered from ED and libido problems afterwards. Thats the only reason i personally havent and wont try finasteride or minoxidil LOL priority wise i think i’d rather be bald than NOT be able to get it up 😳

If I want to avoid walking around with a red bloody scalp what needle size is right for me? I was thinking maybe 1mm or 1.5mm on Friday nights and hoping my scalp will be clear again by Monday morning before returning to work. Is this reasonable? Thanks for these videos.
