Love that Tracy! That would be #1 on the list for my oldest son too... he loves fishing. And there is some very good fishing in the Phoenix area and a lot of people aren't aware of that.

Haha, I guess it's because they know they are a popular community so everyone must already know about them 🤔🤔? I was shocked... but we still got some great video of DC Ranch, its just a great community to live in!

Excellent videos.. really like all the details on different cities. I'm in Toronto, Canada planning on relocating into Arizona. Really liked videos on Glendale, Gilbert and Sun city. Looking to purchase a home price range from 350k to 450k. 3-4 bedrooms. 2-3 baths single or double storey.. My only concern is getting a job in Arizona in the automotive industry, because I'm not a U.S. citizen unless a company offers my a job with a work permit..

Thanks for watching! We appreciate it. I just spoke to one of our lenders and he said that in order to get a work visa, you would need to get a job offer from a USA employer who is willing to sponsor for a work visa. Once, you had the work visa, you would be eligible for traditional mortgage financing. I hope this helps! When the time comes, we would love to help you relocate to Arizona!
