It's amazing to witness the widespread support for XG, the global girl group, with numerous enthusiastic fans, particularly the Alphalz from China.XG is often perceived as a fusion of Japanese pop (JPOP) and Korean pop (KPOP). In a Billboard interview with AVEX CEO Katsumi Kuroiwa, it was revealed that the intention was to establish a global girl group that represents Japanese artists and introduces their music to a global audience. XG's management, spearheaded by Simon Jakops, CEO of XGALX, in collaboration with parent company AVEX, envisioned XG undergoing training in both Japan and Korea to refine their singing and dancing abilities. Despite initial discussions about singing in Japanese, the decision was made to use English, given the global and Korean market targeting. The emphasis was placed on pronunciation since none of the members are native English or Korean speakers. NIZIU is supported by two companies: Sony Entertainment and JYP Entertainment. These entities have joined forces to form and establish a unique JPOP and KPOP group known as NIZUI. XGALX, established in Japan since 2017, also operates in South Korea under the management of Simon Jakops. Instead, they are recognized as a Japanese girl group originating from Japan, categorized as XPOP.

My first three favorites Nogizaka 46, AKB 48 and Morning Musume are really close. My favorite is Nogizaka 46 especially with Nanase, Mai, Rina Ikoma and Nanami but I am surprised at how much I like their recent releases as well. My second favorite is AKB 48 again the early era with Maeda, Yuki Kashigawi, Haruna and Itano is my favorite. I also like Yui Ogura from the current lineup and a lot of others from both groups Morning Musume is my third favorite. I like a wide range of songs from every generation. Hinatazaka46 is my fourth favorite. I also really like a lot of their songs remind me of Nogizaka 46 modern line up a lot. Scandal is my next favorite which is quite different since they are a rock group that play their own instruments but they did do some dancing in some of their videos. Next favorite is Tsubaki Factory and I enjoy about a dozen (12) of their songs

kpop is influance by american pop kpop its not even a genre what some jpop are doing right now is they are influenced by american pop like XG is an R&B group the only thing i see jpop groups are influenced by kpop is the style of MVs and cloths thats it

No you don't because there isn't any training base in Japan for it. They are still Japanese and I challenge you to explain how they aren't a blended K-J-pop? Compare them to the cutesy AKB48 and it isn't even close.

@@ChisaAlphaz I had to check them out before I commented but they aren't bad. If we assume for the moment that NiziU is halfway between K-pop and J-pop, then I would consider f5ve to be between NiziU and J-pop. They were apparently originally put together to do a couple of shows in the USA from existing groups. I did watch a couple of videos just to get a feel for them. Compared to AKB48 they are better singers and dancers but they don't quite haver the polish of NiziU which is under the strict training of JYP Entertainment. I personally believe that if f5ve could train under a company like JYP they would shine even brighter. Thanks for introducing them to me!
