Great video but the amount of hate the MSG still gets is astonishing. Nothing is harmful about MSG in small amounts in food and studies have proven that the worst case scenario is high sensitivity to the seasoning.

AND favorite place to eat korean food… minus South Korea & Mama’s home cooking heh…I know this wasn’t all Korean food but it just made me really want some!!! I never understood the concept of MSG being unhealthy. Asia uses it every single day in almost all regular food. Asia is statistically healthier than western cultures. Yes we do not discuss hormone injected or processed food.
