@luismadrigal3223 basically, she had cut off a regular patron since he was drunk and bothering two girls, I think they were Jon's recon and, instead of standing by his employee, the owner (who was blind drunk as well) hassled her for cutting off the regular patron to the point where she walked out crying, then he went out to "talk" to her and kept hassling her over not serving an already drunk man

Isn't it fascinating how most of the owners of these establishments are drunk if not the bartenders as well? My mom has been a bartender for 30 years but always worked at dives and she was trying to get me to work at a bar but I never felt like I had it in me to do that job. I can't stand drunk people when I'm sober and I am not great at small talk lol. So I work from home in insurance.

I have found my people. I can’t remember all of their names but the main two i can think of that love to yell are Mia and Phil. I get that they want to help these bars but yelling in someone’s face about how they are doing something wrong when you can see they are trying their best is just wrong. Jon also likes to tell too much but in reality he is never really saying anything helpful he just uses his voice and its’ loudness as a way to be over people
