Lottie appears to be much more user-friendly than Jumbo - no double flap to wrestle with whilst getting in and out of the bag, the back pocket is large enough for a mobile phone, and inside organisation is very nice. Love British brands and their sensible designs. Great review, thank you!

I'm so sorry for the delay replying - I missed a lot of comments on my older videos until now. I got the protector for the Large Lottie from www.havredelux.com but I will say that I haven't used it as with my gold hardware on the bag has tarnished from me leaving the original sticker on a bit too long and I am now too worried to put another sticker on 😫

I recently treat3d myself with a black Lily bag from Mulberry and I’m loving the bag so far! I had it with me in London this year (right before summer) and I wore it to attend a Beyoncé concert there. I absolutely love this bag and the quality is amazing. It actually fits so many things inside, as well 😊

I filmed this video a while ago and had only just got the protectors at that point but I really would not recommend them now. I don’t use them anymore as they were not very good. Some very easily came off and some actually tarnished my bag. I think the company is still around but they have changed their name so not sure what they are now called. A google and/or instagram search would probably help you find a couple of companies that do them - but as I say I really don’t recommend them 😊

To be honest I bought them a long time ago and would not recommend. They can actually tarnish the hardware, (especially gold hardware), and the hardware on my large Lottie has not faired well with them. I consequently haven’t used the ones I bought for the Lily at all. They do not stick well either. I don’t use any hardware protectors at all on any of my bags now. Thanks for watching 😊

They were called Handbag Haven but have just rebranded: www.havredeluxe.com/ The only thing I would say is that I still haven’t got round to putting the Aspinal one on yet but I did put a YSL one on and it started peeling off after only a couple of days so I’m not impressed! I’m going to contact them about it. It may just be the fact that the YSL is obviously very thin x

Hello! Now that you’ve had the lottie a couple of years, how is the wear and tear? I just bought one because Aspinal is having a huge sale.

I don’t use it day in day out so it hasn’t had constant use over the two years, but with the use it has had it still looks much the same as when I bought it. The leather is very durable and the chain is substantial so no issues there. As it has feet the bottom has no wear at all, and the inside still looks immaculate. The front hardware has tarnished a bit but only because I left the stickers on too long - so I have learnt that lesson! I would say it is a good durable bag 😊 I hope you really love and enjoy yours 💕

Hello Claire, I just saw your video. I just purchased the Large Lottie because I had heard about the company and while I have Chanel’s I could not see myself getting a jumbo at the current prices and this bag seemed like a great substitute. I cannot wait for it to come I’m just hoping the chain strap is not too heavy. You mentioned that you had hardware protective covering you had gotten. Can you share where you got it from? I hope you love your large Lottie - I certainly love mine 😊. When it comes to the hardware protectors I do not use them anymore - I tried one on a Saint Laurent bag and it peeled off after a week. I just don’t put them on hardware now because they can actually do more damage than good what with tarnishing and leaving a residue. I have seen a lot of issues with them since I filmed this video so wouldn’t recommend them any more 🤔

Melanie Fields Hi I personally have never had problems with their shipping - they usually take a few days. My issue i explained in this video was just them finding the bag for me after it went out of stock during my exchange. They have their ‘spend so much, save so much’ on at the moment so I’m surprised you’ve found something is cheaper on the Selfridges website. The best thing is to call or email Aspinal if you have questions 😊

I personally haven’t had any issues with glazing on either of my Aspinal of London or Mulberry bags. I find both brands are very good quality. It probably does depend on which style of bag you get - but for me there have been no problems 😊
