Would have loved some more scenes of her with Michael in the video. In my opinion it was one of the most underrated and beautiful relationships in the show. A relation of a father and a daughter. Moments such as her telling Michael that she wants her life decisions to make him happy during the party at Gabe's place and her going shit crazy with Michael in his cabin after getting to know that Holly is still not engaged after the ultimatum just made my day. I was brought to tears in the 'Goodbye Michael' episode when Michael told Erin that she did not have to worry about not having a parent in her life as she had him and she could call him whenever she felt like.

Michael wanted kids and Erin wanted a dad. They needed each other and they filled those gaps in their lives with their friendship. I agree it's a great character arc for both of them. Some people may say that it doesn't belong in a comedy show, but if we went with "doesn't belongs" all the time we would never get anything new out of shows and movies.

Well I didn't like it either but it totally made sense. Andy has a really low self-esteem which makes him want to seek for everyone else's approval, which includes the office, his parents, Cornell people, even Erin's. That's why he's always saying stuff or singing so everyone notices and likes him. With that kind of personality, It didn't really make much sense that he changed without realizing that he needs to do what he wants, and not what pleases everybody. That's why he failed at singing and got back to Cornell, having changed after all he went through. That's why he says "I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days"; that sentence means that he finally understood how he wasted so much time trying. Erin was an obstacle for that change because she admired Andy too much, rewarding his bad behaviour
