There are apps out there that let you see and text private accounts, and one of my friends was targeted by some guy who tried to catfish her, and when that didn't work, he made threats to her. She got scared and deleted her Snap. It's crazy that Snapchat has barely any kind of security at all, and that even private accounts can end up being harassed in this manner.
