Hummer wins the “Ridiculousness” category, but Cybertruck wins for innovation. In 10 years, people will have forgotten about the Hummer EV, but CT will still be remembered as a milestone vehicle.

More like people will forgot about the cybertruck, because right now the cybertruck is so Unique, everyone want one, in 5 years the Cybertruck won’t be special anymore, because there will be too many of them. When the Tesla Model x came out, I was special everyone was talking about now, especially for the wing door, now it’s not that special anymore. But for the Hummer ev, it will still be special, because when you see Hummer ev it looks like a Jeep wrangler or ford Branco especially the Hummer ev suv, and the Hummer ev looks way better.

Cybertruck will be remembered as the worst design in history. The Hummer is obnoxiously big but a way better vehicle for its intended use.

nice video out of all the available ev trucks both the cyber truck and hummer will eventually be on my driveway . had been a hummer fan for years and owned all the models h1 h2 h3 cant wait till i get the hummer SUV ...

I leased the Hummer 3X a few months ago….and so far I really love it. The ride quality is awesome ….and the power is intoxicating. I like all of the creature comforts ….especially the multiple cameras. I charge it from my own 220 EV charger ….so it’s very practical to use as a daily driver. The one pedal touch feature has a very nice balance to it…..it’s very smooth and requires a lot less use of the actual brakes. I have owned a lot of pickups over my time driving….and the Hummer definitely delivers the WOW factor.

Great video. I like the Hummer EV. I don't like the sluggishness of the software or the UI. Having both Tesla and Rivian, I sometimes miss the Tesla UI. I'm not saying the Rivian software is bad, it just needs more time to get to mature. EVs that seem to be built as if they ripped the gas tank and added a battery needs a lot more work. Once companies start to build EVs from the ground up, I think we will start seeing more competition for Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid.

Nice review. Best comparison I've seen. I've got a Cybertruck ordered, but agree Tesla should have offered bed camera, digital rear view mirror, and at least a rear window opening into bed since the tonneau cover prevents the mid-gate like the Hummer.

With decades of new design, quality control manufacturing engineering experience, the Hummer is verifiably more reliable, significant higher refinements, quality control & functionality along with maintaining higher resale value, the Hummer is the clear winner. When the completely reengineered higher quality parts and significant functionality improved Cybertruck is launched, resolving fixing the growing list of current Cybertruck issues, the Cybertruck will then be the clear winner.

The Hummer EV definitely wins everything! I hope they improve the batteries soon to reduce the weight of the vehicle. I think the Cybertruck is much more ridiculouse than the Hummer. Everything makes more sense on the Hummer.

I Put a deposit down 10mins after the announcement for the CyberTruck back in 2019. I got my invitation email all the way last year in December 2023. But Telsa really disappointed me on range and price. Back then it was promised 500+ range, $7,000 for autopilot, and the tri motor package. But now that's 100 plus 20k extra for autopilot and just basically dealer options! I currently have a 2020 Model 3 with full FSD payed back when it was 6k. But in recent news (10/23/2024 Tesla Q3) it doesn't seem the hardware in my car will support higher levels of self-driving. That's been promised! After 4 years it's already outdated which is kind of sad. I still believe Tesla is leagues ahead of the competition on the self-driving stage. Unfortunately I will not be there for that. So for that, I've made up my mind to go with the HummerEV 3X pickup. GMC has an option called the Ultim Battery wich gives up to 380 miles of range, without taking up bed space.

Tesla people love to think Cybertruck is futuristic but actually it is futuristic looking from a 50's SF perspective. That GM hummer looks more futuristic from a contemporary SF perspective. I'll give the win to the hummer because it has got the badass bonus point.

Gm has nailed the EV truck market. The only real benefit cybertruck has is FSD software and that's huge! Gm needs to stop milking upgrades to their supercruise and at least have lane centering everywhere not just interstate travel.

Hummer interior too busy I prefer the Cyber although not sure why Tesla hasn’t integrated Birds Eye view 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ To be honest the Silverado EV for the price, space and features plus the size of the bed and mid gate I am leaning towards the Silverado

One test drive of the Hummer 2x pickup, and I cancelled my CT order and got a Hummer. It's mind blowing, and a huge surprise how good it is.

This video is clearly biased towards the Cybertruck. I noticed when he was talking about the back seat he said they had the same amount of room but he clearly had the front seat of the Cybertruck between his knees but his knees didn’t touch the front seat of the Hummer. He is obviously biased. I saw things like that from the start of the video.
