Yes explanations are part and parcel of my videos, that way you get to learn the how's and why's of cooking. That will NEVER change I am a talkative person and if that bothers you, you have three options: 1. Read the recipe as opposed to watching, link on bio. Reading takes 3 minutes 2. The most obvious solution: don't watch. No one forced you at gunpoint to watch me, did they? If you prefer creators who don't talk, then go and watch creators who don't talk. Imagine it is that straightforward. Don't hate-watch me - a host who talks - only so that you can complain in the comments. Align with and watch youtubers who do not talk seeing that is what you prefer. 3. Go watch TikToks. You will get 20 second videos with no talking and zero explanations since that's what you prefer

Oven would take the same amount of time if not more (I'd estimate 6-8 hours) because the heat is indirect. All in all, if your heart does not want to make this because of the time investment required, it's ok not to do it. Try my other speedy recipes
