Jack and Beckett have a long history. Cutler Beckett was a ruthless and ambitious young officer of the East India Trading Company who'd been captured and tortured by pirates, which left him with a deep hatred of pirates, and sought to rid the world of pirates. Beckett had entrusted a ship called "The Wicked Wench" to a young merchant seaman named Jack to transport important cargo for the trading company. But when Jack discovered that the "cargo" was actually slaves, he set them all free. Beckett retaliated by having Jack branded as a pirate and the Wicked Wench burned and sunk. Jack then made a bargain with Davey Jones, who raised the Wicked Wench from the sea for Jack to Command for 13 years in exchange for Jack's soul and servitude aboard the Flying Dutchman. Jack renamed the ship, "The Black Pearl," and became the Pirate Lord of the Caribbean - Until his first mate, Hector Barbosa, lead the crew to mutiny, stole the Pearl, and left Jack marooned.

@@Emma_Reactions A less known movie I would recommend would be Wild Target, staring Bill Nighy and Emily Blunt. The plot is a little all over the place, but Bill Nighy and Emily Blunt have such charm, and all the other actors are having so much fun that the movie is very enjoyable.

Like i said best representation of the golden age of pirates movie. This had everything! Pirates, ghost ship and crew, royal navy, kraken, dangerous isles, cannibal natives, mystic treasures, the only missing stuff could be spaniard ships

A great sequel. Nice to see your genuine and heartfelt reactions to the Pirates movies. Naomie Harris and Bill Nighy (he is amazing in just everything) are great additions to this already fantastic cast. I hope to see all Pirates movies here on your channel. Even not perfect, the other sequels still have lots of charm, good action and comedy, great actors and a cameo I look forward to.
