While it does have more detail on the body and translucent neck spikes(which the 6-inch figures do not), the screw holes are still an eyesore. I’ve been thinking of filling them up with either clay or putty

With some creative blending white Milliput will work like a charm.

To fix the screw holes get some white Milliput, mix a small batch of the two parts of it together and use that to cover them up. You can use any sculpting tool and water to blend in the seams with the details of the figure.

Can you do a short comparing it to the 6 inch figures as I want to see how big it is to them because it might be more size accurate to them so if it is I might buy it

As someone who owns it, I can tell you what works Technically if we wanted them to be exactly film size accurate, Battle Roar Kong and Skar King are perfect, but you can use the 6 inch ones since they have articulation As for Godzilla, well we would need an evolved Godzilla the same size as the Titan Tech one, which sadly does not exist so Battle Roar Godzilla should be your go to The Suko is already perfect in scale, especially with Battle Roar Kong

Her head should be just around Godzilla's height, not staring at his crotch It especially looks wrong with Giant Godzilla and Giant Shimo Playmates is making two 24 inch figures of Godzilla and Kong. If only they would also do Shimo, she would be in scale with the Giant figures
