@@theyogainstituteofficial Thanks for your advice.But for this particular Aasana your advice deserves very minute and delicate observation and the titles were disturbing some like Chin,Palms etc.That's why I have commented. As far me i am partially deaf.Thanks🌹❤for your reply.

True back pain is very common and at very young age I have encountered back pain.hope this exercise should help to relieve from back pain..

You can massage the pain area with "Move" ( cream ka naam hei)...now apply hot water bag...and practice this yoga Asana regularly... [ you will feel " Anand ki anubhuti" ] ❤️❤️

Suspension of the breath then inhaling coming down both the legs then exhale and relax. Gosh I remember exam time.

Years ago I underwent surgery for an inguinal hernia and the surgeon applied a mesh to contain it. Can I do salabhasana without trying too hard? Or ardha salabhasana? Thanks! Namaste. Alessandro

My son has developed neck elbow and wrist pain.The school bag is very heavy 6.5 kg and dust floor is the class...hence the pain during writing too. What exercise s can help him. Pls pls advise 🙏🙏

While doing shalabasana, am getting pain from right thigh ti knee pain when am releasing my breathe.pls advise plsss... Am suffering from disc bulge for past 1.5 years.. not yet recovery.. paining while sneezing, coughing from butt to leg ..pls advise...
