For those who have phobia of the animal that this pose is based upon (me included). Brace yourself for several seconds at the end. I was quite shocked :D . Or maybe just dont maximise the screen. And kinda close your eye one handed (like if you were watching a really scary horror movie). >__O . That aside, good video.

Hello Team, Thank you. I have muscle spasm due to long sitting before laptop so got inflammation in back side/back of Ear area .Also have pain in head side side (One point) because of that it impacts my teeth , i feel some sensation in my teeth as all are ENT area and this feels comes when i press the head side points .I am unable to understand what should i do as i had stopped yoga becuase of pain.

Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2hrs after eating. Hope this helps. Start with repeatedly 2-3 times this asanas & gradually you can increase.

In Bhujangasana, it is important to keep the legs together and feet firmly on the ground. This helps to activate the leg muscles and maintain stability in the pose. Opening up the legs can make the pose unstable and compromise the alignment of the spine.

Back bending needs to be avoided with scoliosis. Half forward bending, full body stretching - talasana, yashtikasana, very little twisting will give relieving effect. Yoga helps to strengthen and manage the condition

Namaste, In the sarpasana, the hands are entangled and clasped into each other behind and above the hips and torso lifted with legs straight. Whereas in Bhujangasana, the torso is supported over the hand placed out of the shoulder and the legs straight in the back direction.
