I was just thinking about how almost all pregnancy exercise videos are full of yoga and the occult. This is such a breath of fresh air 🥹🩷

I’m 12 weeks with my second, and this will be my second time going through your prenatal program. I’m so thankful for your workouts! Thank you for using your knowledge and talents to help others! You’re definitely a blessing to me!

I’m so excited for you! I had #5 9 months ago!! I have kids all the same ages as yours! Our #5 was not planned. I already had a prolapse after #4. But with PT I have become totally asymptomatic!!! 🎉🎉 Our 5th baby has been such an incredible blessing and a JOY to everyone in our family and couldn’t imagine life without her

Congratulations!! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with baby #2! I have been following your prenatal plan since week 8 and it has been Amazing!! After my first baby in January 2023 I did your 12 week post partum plan (2x) and then your 10 week plan! I truly believe those plans prepared my body for pregnancy again, and I feel so much stronger now than I did my first pregnancy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your God given gift with the world!! I know I have already been extremely blessed by you!!!

I'm 25 weeks right now - so I'm ahead of you this time. My boys were born 3-5 months after your girls and I've done the 12 week post partum twice, 10 minute and firm 30 once and I've really been enjoying the prenatal program (again!). This is number 4 for me, even though I'm 43, which is pretty good for someone who was told she would never have kids (Praise Him!) Thanks for all your videos and programs- they are incredibly well put together, balanced and encouraging!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I’m 12 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy and this is exactly what I needed today to get back to exercising after 1st trimester nausea had me down. Thank you for your Christian witness in your workouts.

This was amazing! I am no where near as flexible as you are yet. I just found out a week ago I’m pregnant so I’m glad I can follow along from the get go. This is baby number six for me!

Yes! 🙌🏼 I actually purchased the plan SEVERAL months ago but the baby blues hit me hard and didn’t start until a few weeks ago after starting to do daily walks / jogs. The oldest is 12 and the baby is 9 months 🥹 I was joking with them that I am done having babies because I’m tired and my kids were like nooooo! 🥰 Praise Jesus! It’s such a blessing to see how much they love each other. The first 3 kiddos were 2 years apart, then a 3 year gap followed by a 4 year gap. Thank you for all you do! May the Lord bless and keep you and your family. 💛🙏🏼

I am 6.5 weeks along and have had a lot of nausea and tightness so this was a great mobility workout! Please keep the mobility videos coming :)

I’m currently 20 weeks with my third, and the sore muscles have come on quicker than my previous two pregnancies. I’ll be looking forward to a second trimester version soon!
