Ariel, it's Ashley. I am so excited you're expecting your 4th and halfway through your pregnancy now. Amazing job taking such outstanding care of yourself. If you do my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan I'm confident your kiddos will love seeing my 4 kids in many workouts, too. You have my respect already knowing you're training like this during your pregnancy with 3 littles at home.

Thank you so much for the gorgeous workouts! It's the first time I see a real effect after excersising, especially my booty! It's now sculptured and lifted just after one or two weeks. So effective! No boring excersises, so new and engaging for me! Wow!!!

I am so glad I came across your prenatal workout videos! I've been looking for alternatives to my typical HIIT routines. Since becoming pregnant all the jumping was getting to me...but the other prenatal workout videos I found weren't challenging enough. Yours are perfect and exactly what I was looking for!

I’m doing your prenatal workout and so thankful for the work you put into it. I am a Christian and also a spouse to AD service member, and connect with a lot of what you share. I feel like the Lord brought me to your workouts at the right time during this pregnancy. I’m 28 weeks high risk, and as of a week ago was notified by my ob to not lift more than 20 lbs. Each workout since told this info has been low weight or body weight. I don’t believe in coincidences, rather God winks 😉. I bought your 12 week PP plan a few weeks back during the stork sale. I’m looking forward to that as well.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your workouts and have been following along with your Prenatal Calendar since week 13, I'm now 19 weeks. Unfortunately, this particular video made my SPD flare up BIG TIME! Any tips on which of your videos to avoid or movements to avoid to help stay away from the painful affects of SPD? Any SPD exercise to strengthen or eliminate??? Thanks!!!

I loved this exercise and am glad that your recommendation to use the ankle weights for those that have been doing your program was spot on! I was able to feel more of the strength that’s been developed during this pregnancy while still being pushed to tone and, most importantly, tame my mind, further. THANK YOU!

I can not believe how strong I still am at 27 weeks. Almost entering my third trimester and I did PUSH UPS (!) last week with you. like whaaaat?! Thank you so much for this program. can't wait to join the post partum one. I used to be so scared to become someone I am not after pregnancy. but I have all the trust in the world that I will bounce back, or even bounce forward with your help. sosososososossososososo valuable!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Oh this was the first time I tried this workout, and man was it hard and I didn’t even have ankle weights! I am 29 weeks and have been working out to your schedule for 12 weeks now, but I definitely still found this hard without the weights!

37 weeks pregnant and didn't have any ankle weights so just did the workout without. I found it pretty challenging, even though it was short and I had no weights. Good and effective though, thank you!

Wow this one burned. I used 2 kg weights on each leg. I really love your workouts, I too am a personal trainer and usually make myself really high intensity workouts which i love as but since becoming pregnant with my first baby i didnt feel right doing my usual stuff and i was a little scared to prescribe myself something that was going to harm baby.I tried all sorts of prenatal workouts on youtube but was working out for over an hour a day just to feel it. Since ive found your channel ive been able to go back to doing 30 minutes a day and feeling the burn the next day while keeping my baby safe. So thank you! Im so glad ive found you. Ive still got 20 weeks to go and plan on trying everyone of your workouts!

@glowbodypt were do you recommend getting ankle weights. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and keep forgetting to order these. Thanks! This is still a good workout even with no weights! But definitely ready for weights.

Hey Ashley! Thanks for getting me through my pregnancy healthily with your prenatal workout plan! I only missed a few days of your entire plan and have felt great! Only question... what’re your recommendations as far as 32 weeks+? The plan stops at 32, so I wondered if you just suggest walking or no weight work? Love to hear back. Thanks!

Hi Natalie, Major congrats on staying SO fit even through 3rd trimester. All workouts listed for 27 weeks and onward are safe for you to do all the way up until delivery! Do them on your own schedule, as you feel up to it, and introduce extra walking at this time or swimming or kickboard kicking as well as stability ball hip circles (shown in my Natural Labor tips video!) : ) Excited for you!!

I was pretty active before I got pregnant. However, I haven't worked out my entire pregnancy yet. I'm 32 weeks. I need to restrengthen my body before the baby comes. I have looked at a few of your videos. Would you recommend rotating them every day or is that too much legs and butt? Do I need to take a day break between days?

Can I use restinance bands while circling the legs or is it dangerous to have the resistance there? :*
