This is a hard one! I would say this is THE hardest though: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJ_MiKqOZZaoosU or, my 1000 Lunge Challenge. Keep going, this will pay off so much postpartum when you get on my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan for maximum recovery as a mother.

My daughter is 13 months old now I am still turning this video on every month multiple times - I did throughout my whole pregnancy and continue to benefit from this challenging routine. You're a beast - thanks for making this free!

I just found your videos! I'm 22 weeks with my first and I normally do pilates videos on youtube but lately more and more moves I'm not able to do as I grow! So I'm so happy to have found you! The reminders that these workouts help prepare us for labor are super motivating- thanks for coaching us through! I also find that having strong legs especially is very helpful for supporting a baby belly :) Yesterday I took a long walk and was pleasantly surprised by how strong my legs felt despite the extra weight in the abdomen! I was able to walk really fast. I was still doing the 12-week prenatal plan exercises a lot until about week 12 of pregnancy and admit I was reluctant to learn a whole new routine/set of exercises in this free prenatal program. However, I'm really enjoying what I'm learning through this plan. The workouts are still really challenging. yet it also feels extra special since it's preparation for labor!

Love your workouts! I was always disappointed in other prenatal workouts because they didn't challenge me at all. At 39 weeks, this kicked my butt, but I made it through and feel better after doing it!

Such a a good and hard workout. 33 weeks with baby #4 and I love all you do! I found you during my 2nd pregnancy and have used you ever since! Have all your plans and have done all of them but firm 30. Which I'm anxious to try after I rehab my myself from pregnancy and birth.

You are an amazing, beautiful beast! I can't believe how incredibly strong you are. Thank you for these amazing workouts that challenge me and make me sweat! I have always formulated my own workouts and I teach yoga - but being pregnant has made it harder for me to find motivation and I really wanted challenging workouts that didn't take hours. Ps: I made my gym rat husband (that hates legs) do one of your prenatal leg workouts with me and he was complaining, haha! You rock!

Wow this is so hard but also a great challenge! Thank you so much! Just did this workout after your prental booty lift as pelvic girdle pain prevents me from doing the exercises in your low impact thigh and booty video (following your amazing weekly schedule and currently at week 28). I can't do the holding exercises for longer than a few seconds so thank you for giving me an area to improve on!! You have made an immense positive impact to keeping me fit, happy, and healthy during my 3rd pregnancy! Xxx

Didn’t workout my first trimester due to morning sickness and being dizzy but started again in my second and boy oh boy did that burn. Girl I’m only 19 weeks and that was intense lol I’m like damn she’s strong! I lost most my muscle unfortunately but I love ur workouts deff challenging. Happy I finished it lol my legs are shaking

This was killer! The wall sit was hardest & the rug under me actually moved an inch away from the wall on our wood floor while I was doing it, despite the rug pad. lol

I'm 30 weeks and I've always worked out before and during the pregnancy and this was a brutal leg workout. I definitely had to take a few breaks but overall it was nice to find a challenging workout for the third trimester.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and really enjoying following your prenatal workout calendar. I was wondering if you had some ideas for the days that call for "steady state cardio". I'm drawing a blank other than walking/jogging, which is getting harder and harder for me. Plus, it is winter right now and hard to get outside with a toddler. Thanks for all the great workouts.

I’m at 25 weeks! This is the second time doing this video. I had to take so many breaks the first time! This time I made it through, no single leg bridges but I’m still proud of myself, this workout is no joke!

No. Do not do any exercise during pregnancy if your doctor has deemed you high risk and advised you to avoid exercise. Third time is the charm. So happy I found your videos. This is my third pregnancy and I refuse to be frumpy and then bust my butt to get back in shape. I swear it took six years to get back to a size I love. Lol. Your little one running around gives me the confidence to get it done. My six year old and nine year old actually want to work out with me. Motivation.

I've been doing the glowbody prenatal PT since week 12 and I found this the hardest one so far! Feeling so good to have got through it but I didn't manage the isometric holds as long as the video. Need to try this again sometime!

Hi there! I was just wondering why we don't do much hamstring stuff in the booty/thigh or leg days and if there's a reason to not work out your hamstrings during pregnancy? I've just noticed there isn't much hamstring stuff throughout the prenatal program and was just wondering why. Thanks so much! And if I'm missing something please let me know!

Need to avoid bridges (glute and hams) after about 16 weeks due to the uterus weight on the vena cava blood vessel. I limit RDLs and single leg RDLs once my belly is huge but still do them some; they just put a lot of pressure on the linea alba connective tissues. Many of my workouts will still engage the hamstrings since the glutes and hams work synergistically. As far as workout titles, I optimize what women are searching for, otherwise no one will find my videos, and the truth is a lot of pregnant women want booty/glute workouts.

how did u managed to workout after u hav ur baby? how could u find time for that. i'm afraid to lose my motivation after delivering my baby girl, because of triedness ect.

I have diastasis recti so my ab muscles didn't go back together after one had my last one and now I'm pregnant with my second, are these workouts still good for me to do? I'm supposed to work on obliques because too much ab will separate muscles further.

So glad to find a workout which focus on lower body!! And your son makes this video even more entertaining XD I like himmm! I'm now 30 weeks pregnant (its a boy) :) Wondering if this workout can shape or tighten the thighs? I have big and fatty thighs (genetic factor) but since I'm pregnant, the fatty-line (not stretch mark) at my both thighs appeared more clear. So if you see it, it's like a little wavy line all around my thighs. I don't know how to describe it but hopefully you get what I mean... Once I went to doctors and they said that my thighs are muscles thus it's hard to minimize it. But yeah, again, the fatty line is not part of the muscles :( And if you have other workout (postnatal) that can also shape my body back? Really thanks! :')

yes you are safe to do this during 1st trimester! You can ALWAYS work forward but not backward. I'm 30 weeks , didn't workout throughout my pregnancy, only before i got pregnant, and it wasn't daily either, like 4-5x weekly, but I stopped completely 2 months before I got preggo, would it be convenient to do these workouts or should I just stick to walking to be on a safe side? idk lol
