The reminders that these workouts help prepare us for labor are super motivating- thanks for coaching us through! I also find that having strong legs especially is very helpful for supporting a baby belly :) Yesterday I took a long walk and was pleasantly surprised by how strong my legs felt despite the extra weight in the abdomen! I was able to walk really fast. I was still doing the 12-week prenatal plan exercises a lot until about week 12 of pregnancy and admit I was reluctant to learn a whole new routine/set of exercises in this free prenatal program. However, I'm really enjoying what I'm learning through this plan. The workouts are still really challenging. yet it also feels extra special since it's preparation for labor!

Need to avoid bridges (glute and hams) after about 16 weeks due to the uterus weight on the vena cava blood vessel. I limit RDLs and single leg RDLs once my belly is huge but still do them some; they just put a lot of pressure on the linea alba connective tissues. Many of my workouts will still engage the hamstrings since the glutes and hams work synergistically. As far as workout titles, I optimize what women are searching for, otherwise no one will find my videos, and the truth is a lot of pregnant women want booty/glute workouts.

I have diastasis recti so my ab muscles didn't go back together after one had my last one and now I'm pregnant with my second, are these workouts still good for me to do? I'm supposed to work on obliques because too much ab will separate muscles further.

I'm now 30 weeks pregnant (its a boy) :) Wondering if this workout can shape or tighten the thighs? I have big and fatty thighs (genetic factor) but since I'm pregnant, the fatty-line (not stretch mark) at my both thighs appeared more clear. So if you see it, it's like a little wavy line all around my thighs. I don't know how to describe it but hopefully you get what I mean... Once I went to doctors and they said that my thighs are muscles thus it's hard to minimize it. But yeah, again, the fatty line is not part of the muscles :( And if you have other workout (postnatal) that can also shape my body back? Really thanks! :')

I'm 30 weeks , didn't workout throughout my pregnancy, only before i got pregnant, and it wasn't daily either, like 4-5x weekly, but I stopped completely 2 months before I got preggo, would it be convenient to do these workouts or should I just stick to walking to be on a safe side? idk lol
