Thank you so much for the video, I really love your Weapon Tier List and your Mod List, and I holeheartedly agree with those 2. Now I don't know about memetic specializations for PVP, but for PVE I completely disagree with a lot of your choices, especially when playing with 7 other friends. Munition +30%, Solar Drill with Electric perk, disassembly, canned goods...etc. are S tier for us, and I do NOT, for the life of me, understand why Portable Fridge is in A tier list, when you have canned foods...

I'd agree with a nerf to the boots only if it affects pvp only, which they can do. It's the only way bullseye can deal with annoying enemies that don't have easy to access weakspots, or enemies that just don't have weakspots whatsoever, so nerfing it for pve as well would just be stupid. I think the game has a bigger issue though with more than half of the guns being absolutely garbage for both modes

If they simply remove the ability to hit bodyshots from the boots then they become useless, damage wise, boots on the ground are already better

i'd say the MG4 is S tier for PvE just like the Scar due to its ease of use plus FG stacks gives you attack +1% and iirc the max stacks you can get is 20 with the key mask and the blitzkrieg mod, use 3 piece bastille for extra 50% weapon damage, slap shellfish food and the wolf deviant and you pretty much turn into a turret, strong but boring, just like the Scar

It's a very good weapon, but A tier at best honestly. Our servers best mg4 user (and he has grinding some really good mods) still only gets around 2/3rd most damage most pws, and it's usually by half of the first place users (usually some sort of bulls eye build). Plus by the logic of weapon damage, the purple mg4 can get +100%

@@lemon777r DPM for legend MG4 is much higher than the purple MG4 due to the unlimited ammo you get for those short bursts. Don't forget that the legend MG4 has the stacking dmg% on the same target as well couple with fast gunner, it out damages purple mg4 for a wide margin. So don't compare it to the purple MG4 lol

Since last patch the R500 Hammerhead Shark created a new Z tier as in order to fix the fact it was killing its owners when shooting target dummies, instead of fixing the fact the user was getting the powersurge debuff and becoming a victim of their own aoe, the devs appear to have simply stopped the aoe effect working anywhere. If I shoot a target dummy I still get the debuff, as do other targets, but none of them take aoe damage upon weakspot hit.

The bouncer sniper is actually EVIL EVIL weapon when pitted against car drivers... Also, I am a degenerate who uses boom boom in PvP. Took me one season of grinding and now it starts to be useful. However, I went for crit build instead and so I can use the power surge SCR or any other crit weapon as backup. But when planets align and RNG decides that 18% trigger chance will trigger a lot, seeing other metas getting visibly panicked as they burn is something else. Not everyone panick, but surprisingly a lot do.

The MG4 is an S teir in PVE. It melts every boss and I clear every silo solo any difficulty in seconds, for example, I use half of the mag only on Silo Psi (The fridge). Crit rate 46%, crit DMG 132% and it's not yet fully optimized.

The sniper rifle SN700 has very few blueprint drops and is very hard to increase, but is probably the best single shot for your money weapon on the game. Using elemental stat buffing mods on all gear with a compliment from burning/cold for example. Popping a powerful deviant, especially one like the freezing jelly gives you an easy 75k normal damage with compliment blast from unstable bomber on weakness damage of roughly the same damage if you get it 10 calibrations and put it at least to 2 stars on blueprint unlocks. It is the best weapon for minibus as a way to deal direct damage to something that constantly moves when damage is dealt to it. One shot, boom flower explodes every time. I agree its a hard PVP weapon to utilize but in PVE its the perfect compliment to your burn/ICE setup as "blast" easily shares those stacks! Especially on Forsaken Giant when trying to get some "Punishing" damage in during the burn/ICE.

im going to make bounce build meta. just watch. ive made a jaws build, a wildfire build, a doombringer build, compound bow build and a corrosion build already (and icy rain and boom boom build on an alt). have hit 100k+ dps on dummy with some of them, but bounce will still be king. I will find the way

The Devs will have to split the Gear . Some Gear for PVE some Gear for PVP . So most players will have to run 2 builds on PVP servers. While PVE you can just run the PVE gear.

I think the Surge Shotgun is the best noob weapon in PvE, you can do a lot of damage with no buffs or weapon swapping. 40k dps on first dummy, reaching 65k dps on third dummy, somebody did a detailed explanation on KZbin, you can probably just search it. It´s a pure crit build.

I would like to change your mind about the boom boom, I've invested a lot in it and it is literally amazing in PvE when combined with pyro dino, burn stacks legit can go up as high as 19k/tick and it ticks a lot. Also add clear is insane on this weapon, did solo Lea without any issues with this weapon.

I use oasis mask with the mg predator, since it boosts the damage bonus from fast gunner in my build up to 40%, and i'm getting 20 stacks in boss fights so it stops using ammo even more often. I'll usually get 90k dps without food or deviation buffs

You can deal with the recoil in any gun by maxing stability, you dont need accuracy if you ads it seems the spread isnt a thing unless your hip or over the shoulder shooting

@@Leidan they are essentially the same, or certainly the first two - I'm not sure how frost vortex specific substats interact with other things like ice spikes, these are status/elemental damage but I don't know if are they classed as frost vortex?

Bounce has the potential to become absolutely busted *if* they make the right tweaks, a level 5 feaster provides 112% weapon dmg which is already double than lonewolf but also works on bosses that it can't reach (since it only needs the tentacles to exist).

gulped lore is s tier in pve if you use sleek leather jacket, phenomenal for prime wars unstable bomber procs hitting for 10k sometimes 20k dmg depending on the distance

Memento is S tier when you do Rosetta Silo. The minimum damage will be in the 10k range on the first shot and up to 40k Cri on the boss without any armor mods whatsoever. Any weak spot/cri build can just hang with this gun when shooting some rosetta soldiers. Talking about Gulped Lore, I'm pretty satisfied with it since it goes along with Jaws. I can do headshot reliably even in PvP. But don't even think about it with what the current laggy server does to the unstable bomber. Sometimes, it doesn't trigger properly even if I do 5 weak spots in a row. It all depends on the server's mood. It never triggers in Primewars, so both Jaws and this lost a large chunk of DPS.

Corrosion crit build second mag is around 65k max burst no buff while JAWS around 45k max burst he's definitely on cracks, BTW the power surge procs have no limite to individual targets so technically surges can proc simultaneously to each 5 enemies (realistically AVG 3) making it a total shredder JAWS about low A tier

32:38 there is one however with the "nerf" for shrapnel the cradle perks are differnt based off which combat enviroment server you go into because of differnt season tags void/balance vs phase/coherence shrapnel has its own cradle perk where you get +25% shrapnel dmg and +35% shrapnel crit dmg when killing an enemy with weapon dmg for 15s (keep in mind this is seperate from weapon dmg so the shrapnel dmg is multiplied slightly gonna be a manibus melter once its time comes especialy with combination of wildfire and cradle bonus's this thing breaks prime wars for (pve) and all hits are 30k on weakspots

Sadly i think dev take the 'we buff the new servers / scenario weapons' road to make players keep playing the game so they cant miss that next server / scenario... not a bad idea but that means everybody will play 1 or 2 builds and that s it. They should definitely balance all guns and builds. For their scenario i just think you should be able to choose between more possible loots. It s even more frustrating for people playing one of the 2 builds that are in the next server. Imagine having 1 mate playing fast gunner and another 1 bomber... one has to get fucked not going on the server where there is the weapon they need in the wish machine. Actually you can use the Frost Vortex shotgun with the blue LMG when you reload the first bullet that hits activate a Frost Vortex 100% of the time which means you swap to shotgun and the ennemy is frozen no matter what. Even if the shotgun dmg fall off at medium range ofc, it will still apply the effect. Which means you have a reliable way to CC people. Not saying it s S tier (ofc not) but if you play in team and want something different. With nice focus calls on Discord that might be not that bad. Definitely not the best build but at least it s not the brainded Bingo or Bomber build that for some reason got an up... It s sad cause they should just decide to give more dmg on kills or more dmg on reload / activation but NOT both for different builds... the game will never be balance like that cause if 1 weapon has 25% bonus dmg on just playing normally and another one need a kill to have those 25% dmg then obviously 90% of the time the build with that 25% free dmg bonus will be better.

mini jaws, should be a low A tier tbh, it gets some pretty crazy pve dps with the right mods. it cant crit, but it doesnt need to, there are some really good synergies with the right mods. only issue is some bosses are immune to statue/elemental damage, but all the other status weapons struggle from this issue. I agree with most of the tier list. corrosion should also be A tier in pve, I get around 50k to 70k on dummy on second mag / third mag with steel ammo. the big mag is also nice. my mods arent optimized either. only one enhanced mod. the other thing is this gun is amazing for clearing mobs, it aoes like crazy from range, since the spread can clip entire groups of mobs from far enough, and proc surge on all of them seperately. doesnt make sense to me that you have both these guns in the same tier as the bounce guns in pve. also how is the outsider A tier above corrosion and mini jaws? this was one of my first main weapons because it shares a very similar build to the corrosion and they do not get the same dps in pve. it is a very good weapon but its more of a high B tier. I should probably mention my experiences are based on keeping track of who is topping the boss damage charts in primewars, which I know you didnt have access to in your scenario. me and a few other corrosion users are usually near the top or at the top if theres no weakspot build or dual heavy style outer space users with good builds there (yes, that was the meta here, run two outerspaces so you dont have to reload lol). Lol why is boom boom B tier. its C tier at best. so many of those B tier weapons completely out class it. Im playing on multiple day one pve servers that have a lot of cbt sweats that have tried to make it work (im one of them, i have an alt dedicated to it). its just not a good gun. it needs a buff. Jaws pistol is also not S tier pve weapon. our servers best jaws user who has a pretty optimized build does less damage than me in primewars than my much less optimized corrosion build. the rest of the list is really good though. solid tier list. I dont blame you for ranking the pve weapons the way you did since you didnt have access to prime wars on your main.

@@zekemckain4236I mean like bingo, wildfire, etc. as for corrosion, run it with lonewolf x3 and shelterer x2. use mayfly goggles. gasmask is decent too but not as good (I made the mistake of burning starchrom on it). you can sub shelterer for other armor pieces if you see stat bonuses you like more. use a rapid style crit calibration on the gun. preferably the one with magizine size +40%, but if you cant find that, take any double crit rate one.

Gotta disagree with the outer space vs SOCR outsider for pve. I have both and use the SOCR over the outer space for my main. First off you get the SOCR for free. Zero starchrome cost. 2nd, you can buy it for 2k starchrome, immediately upgrading it to 2 stars. And with a little luck and opening up in game stranger mystical crates, upgrade it to a 3rd star by utilizing stranger frags. So now you have a 3 star weapon vs the 8k outer space. Next, range. Outer space range vs the SOCR. You will notice the distance dmg drop-off. The outer space will eventually overtake the SOCR in terms of dmg output but it will require multiple upgrades to its stars as it has a total of 7 stars to the SOCR 5 star. SOCR is S tier. Outer space is A tier. Do the challenge. Its easy to see the dmg difference

The weapon star makes pretty much 0 difference when using a status damage build, it increases weapon damage only, where as status builds rely on high psi intensity from gear, and elemental/status damage. The outer space has a higher fire rate, and higher proc chance, where most of your damage comes from. The only valid point is socr is cheaper, and even with deviation expert the mp7 has no real range issues (used in prime wars fine) and surge has no damage drop off. The dummy alone youll get 15k+ dps from outerspace vs the socr, and with the heavy style for smgs real content will be a lot easier with 80+ mag size.

I don't know about all of you, but I worked around the doombringer and still hits 119k dps no buffs. All crit and weak spot focused. I do any monolith and silo on pro with zero issues (wildfire on switch for further targets) I thought about a jaw build for a while, but I mainly play pve, so maybe not the best. Haven't seen many videos about it.

119k is impossible to achieve with any of the boots and any of the mods even if each mods has the maximum weakspot damage and weapon damage ( or crit damage + weapon damage) I think it is impossible to achieve such results even with buffs from food and deviation. I will be very happy if I am wrong, surprise me :)

@@deadlyjoz8761it 100% was possible pre nerf. a 3 shot lightweight doombringer did up to 120k dps. i use it still, but heavyweight instead atm. but cuz of how dummy works, highest i’ve gotten is around 45k steady dps. 80-90k of initial mag

I'm running weakspot bulleyes builds pve server, 3 renegade 2 lonewolf 1 old huntsman boot, mods mostly weakspot specific, currently using bingo main and wildfire secondary, I have no problem killing non boss type enemy with 1-3 shots, just that for hardmode boss it's took too long time or low dps compared. To be honest I regret choose weakspot builds, but I already go so far into weakspot, I wonder what weapon can be used besides bingo and wildfire? Anyone? Doombringer already out after nerf. No Crossbow, thx.

Depend on your builds. Bulleyes weakspot gear pick wildfire, same goes to jaws If you have jaw gear. If you ask about both with proper correct gear, then It's jaws. It's just got buffed recently.

I get higher dps with the compound bow than my icy rain and boom boom build believe it or not. i dont have an optimized build yet. I think it needs 3 arrows for it to work at its best (I tested with 2 arrow mag). plus it stumbles ppl in pvp after 3 shots. its not op or anything but better than boom boom at least. I love the icy rain but I feel like it doesnt scale well with optimization, like other builds do. boom boom on the other hand.. low trigger rate, low fire rate, low base weapon dps, its just ass. it needs a lot of optimization to do decent, and even then its not amazing. icy rain is pretty much better in every way.

The little jaws is a good gun i do agree. But it has a lot of problems. 1. The recoil is brutal, not everyone has good recoil control. 2. It has a lot of conditions to execute 1st you need to proc unstable bomber with 15 bullets, could be easily executed with the gun’s fast fire rate but is also hampered by the bad recoil and since there are cradles that increase the elemental damage with a weakspot hit of course you want to hit weakspots to maximize its dmg which can in turn make you miss some shots due to bad recoil esp. if the weakspot is small, then the condition of the delayed blast that you need to consistently hit bullets after triggering unstable bomber to increase its dmg which can also be hampered by the bad recoil and can also leave you imobile since if you move around you will definitely miss shots again. Sure it’s still doable in the novice map but imagine tanking hits from a pro mode boss in the hard mode server just to maximize dps. 3. Lag spikes literally makes the gun useless. If you have mid to low tier internet speeds it makes your blast damage from 100k to 20k due to bullet dmg not registering fast enough to fulfill the blast conditions.

i tried kvd its soo bad in pvp but if you calibrated based on crit+elemental damage is meh in pvp(you will be knocked but enjoying seee ppl still hitting and sometimes knocked by your burn :)) ) but in pve you need have gun as secondery start burn with it and stack it with kvd....frost vortex is way better for dps but in situation devients comes your pyro dino will melts bosses polar jelly is good for bosses
