And look what I found! Since 2003, he's reached the finals of *146 of the 261* tournaments he's played in! That's a *56% strike rate* - which is *simply astonishing* . Looked at another way, and with the benefit of hindsight, what these numbers mean is that, if you were the betting kind - *betting on Federer reaching the final of any tournament he played in (whether with 8, 32, 48, 64, or 128 players) would have made you more money than trying to correctly guess the outcome of an unbiased coin toss!* If *_that_* doesn't make you marvel, I don't know what will.
