BEST Sliding TV wall mount! Morryde TV40-011H

Interesting. I recently made a low cost vertical sliding wall mount, with the tv mounted to a heavy duty tv mount, mounted to car seat sliders, mounted to the wall. I only get 23cm of vertical movement, but it's sufficient to raise and lower the tv for pc use (desk height), or for tv use (higher to accommodate comfortable laying down on bed height). The nearest priced one with more movement is $400 with 40cm of movement (single stud placement means it would need modding), or $800 for 46cm. But my version suffices. :)
