Yes too right. John has a brilliant way about him. Kind but firm. Very wise experienced & reassuring to the patient & viewer. As a sciatica & Intermittent neck ache & crunch patient of 48.. After a shunt car crash from behind. I would pay him well to help me out.. Maybe if John sees this message. He could get in touch. For some therapy sessions. I'm in Shropshire. I dont know where John's based 🌻

As a massage therapist I love your videos. Is there a reason you do most of your techniques while seated? Do you ever do manipulations while the client is lying down? Are most of the movements active like in MET/PNFs or do you do passive movements as well? Very curious!! Keep up the amazing work you do in the bodywork community!! ❤

@@JohnGibbons hi John.. I'm Dez.. Hope you're keeping happy safe and well. Brilliant Kind but strong reassuring way you have.. Must be so Comforting & beneficial to the patient.. And so wise and proffesional. Youve sent me a kind reply before. Which I'm grateful for.. Was again Congratulating you on 1 of your fab healing videos.. Its great how you explain & reassure your patients. With a touch of humor too.. But very proffesionally.. I'd much like to revive a few therapy treatments off you. As at 48.. I suffer. From sciatica from an old skipped disc. Plus quite recurrent neck ache big crunching & tension headaches. After a shunt car crash. In which a driver undrr the influence hit me from behind 2 years ago. Had mri etc all good. But I have been diagnosed with ongoing neck /back problems due to the accident. Aggravated by old disc trouble. If I could book you. I'd be more than grateful.. Email me at parkerderek330@gmail.com... Hope to hear from you.. Best wishes. Dez.. Ps God bless our brilliant queen. So sad. She has dedicated her fabulous life to her country & people.. Such an intelligent very humorous lady... RIP beautiful much missed Elizabeth Regina 🌅🙏

Excellent video. I have a hypertonic upper left levator/trap. I notice it a lot through my scapula while laying on my back. Most likely due to anterior tilt from the right upper trap and weak middle trap and seratus. Definitely going to try this technique out. Thanks!

Please help me I am going crazy. My back neck and shoulders all hurt so bad that I literally don't want to be alive most days. But I can't seem to go get help. Have you ever dealt with a patient who was afraid to be touched? I do not remember the last time another human being touched me and I am afraid and insecure. I am fat, I'm as hairy as a bear, and I don't want anyone to ever have to touch me. It keeps me from even going to the doctor when I have a serious issue. It's kept me from ever having a girlfriend obviously. But this pain is something different, I can't ignore it and my soul is dying. I don't know what to do. I'm afraid my brain is so broken I am just going to wither away in agony rather than just... let someone help me.. IDK why I'm this way but if you've ever dealt with this PLEASE HELP ME. How do I convince myself that giving me a massage wont be the worst experience of someone's life? My head knows it, my heart doesn't.

Professionals have seen it all. What is the worst that can happen? The pro might walk away after treatment thinking you are as repulsive as you think you are but so what? He or she is there to help you and they will help you if you let them. Not only is it their job, they usually go into the profession because they want to help people who are in pain, regardless of how fat, hairy and insecure you may be. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking a leap of faith.
