SAM Mathew Israel is a antisemitic zionistic Appartheid state and oppress nonjews, Christians, muslims, Samaritans, Palestinians, Black's, Africans and other. Nonjews are human second hand without rights. Every day the appartheid broke human rights. Also Israel kills children, civilians and stole their land. Amazing, very positive vibes :) I hope you won't let some of the more hateful comments get to you. To clear some things up - Most of the food is indeed not "Israeli" nor "Jewish". It's Middle Eastern food that's popular in Israel because, well, Israel *is* in the Middle East. Another reason is because about half of Israel's Jewish population is Mizrahi Jews (A.K.A Jews from Arab countries such as Yemen, Morocco, Persia, etc), and they brought those countries' cuisine with them to Israel. Hope this helps. Have fun wherever you go!

We were able to use our credit card fairly easily in most places we went. We did need cash for street vendors but it was also easy to get that from an ATM. I love Palestine. Such great history in Jerusalem ❤ - I visited it once when I was younger, in the 90s, such a grand place, but honestly, I’ve heard it’s so much harder now, now that Israel is trying to stake a claim on Jerusalem, where Jerusalem based on the two state solution was suppose to be east and west, Israel trying to occupy all of Jerusalem has I have heard, made it more difficult to travel and visit Jerusalem sadly 😞

The food we had was not good 😢. My husband and I just got home from a two week tour in Israel. I don’t know if it’s because we were in a group tour but the food we had was not good. They basically fed us the same thing everyday, we had beef, lamb or chicken shawarma on pita bread. The hummus from a restaurant in Bethlehem was really really good and it was my favorite from what I had on the entire trip. I really had a hard time because the food was so bad I just don’t understand how it’s ok to feed us the same thing everyday. I understand it’s hard with a group of 25 people but other than Shawarma I didn’t see any other fast food option.

If you research, you will be surprised to find that a lot of Arab dishes have Jewish origins in their Arab host countries....
@salRL-eb3zc2 жыл бұрын
The food is Middle Eastern, Jews lived in Arab countries and were also in numbers of hundreds of thousands, most of them worked well and were considered helpful helpers in local governments because of loyalty and honesty and this contributed to the existence of the Jewish communities there. There is also traditional Jewish food which is more home food than street food and there is more updated food. Today Israel is full of excellent restaurants in all sectors
