Its very common for us to take this supplement as young as 16 years old for our skin, hair, nails and bone health. @@greenfreakluver1 yes ma'am it's kind of lengthy but here we go, I use neutrogena bright boost polisher it's actually exfoliates really well please follow the directions at first you use it 3 times a week you will have some peeling that lets you know it's working then you can use it every night. I also started double cleansing with palmers oil cleaner and then I use palmer's complexion bar soap and then the neutrogena bright boost polisher but sometimes i use the oil soap then the polisher and then the bar soap just to get rid of any extra residue from the polisher it has tiny beads in in it. After that if I have any pimples I spot use neutrogena clear skin oil eliminating pore cleanser. Then I use pure almond oil I start under the eyes like an eye cream and I put a little on my lashes it helps them stay full I used to wear individuals so this helped my natural lashes grow back anyway then I use Palmers skin therapy oil for face it's a retinol keep it away from your eyes take about 2 or 3 minutes rubbing in each product. Then I use Palmer's skin success for dark marks next I apply a cocoa butter stick in a circular motion and after I massage that in I use a nice amount of shea butter. In the morning I used to wash just with the complexion bar because I've always had dry skin but now it's much more balanced so I double cleanse in the morning now. Most of the products have added sunscreen. I will list the prices and stores if you want just let me know. I know that it sounds like a lot but you will see a nice difference in a day or two also let me know if you want my sunday facial routine as well. Please give it a try if you can because it help tremendously and I would love an update because I already know you're about to glow girl. Don't forget let me know if you need the prices it's not too expensive And the products last a nice amou4of time before you have to reup. Let me know if i can help honey.

i’ve been taking glutathione in high doses for years, it gives a glow but i won’t say it lightens skin. i’ve been using lightening soaps for that.

Hi DR Alexis if you take the supplements for awhile and decided to stop say because your skin cleared up alot could it cause more pigmentation later from not taking the supplements? and do you recommend taking these for a life time or how long should we take them for?

I’ve just got some hyperpigmentation spot on my face because I didn’t wear sunscreen for a 20 minutes walk ! By bad but thanks to your videos I found a product with PLE in a France called Dermobiane Solaire, pretty cheap too but with only 300mg of PLE. Anyway thank you so much Dr. Stephens

Dr. Stephens, I'm a new subscriber and LOVE LOVE your channel and the Invaluable skincare information you share especially caring for brown/dark skin--You're a God-send--Thank you very much.🙏🏼😊🏆🙌🏽👏 I'm considering getting a chemical peel done on both my legs to remove the "stubborn hyperpigmentation" left over from some old injuries and for "strawberry bumps". 🤔What chemical peel do you recommend for the legs and/or alternatives for the same--thank you.

I’m so glad you did a video on this. I’ve been battling stubborn hyperpigmentation for years and I’ve tried everything. My dermatologist wants to do laser because she says the pigmentation is in the dermis but I’m hesitant about it. I always wondered were there any supplements you can take to help. Thank you so much.

I just did a series of chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments and have seen a noticeable difference. Still have some old stubborn areas. I’m going to try one of these.
