For those of you having issues with it cutting off or not turning on I just took the battery out for a few seconds and put it back in and it worked fine after that. I’m not sure if this will help anyone but it was worth a try.

Also, it goes to sleep after it’s inactive for a while by default. Go to Settings / Device Settings and choose “never sleep” to stop that.

Oh yeah, I have one of those hotspot devices that I use for my home Internet connection and I LOVE it!! I can enjoy my Internet connection for hours, which lets me ENJOY using my two laptops. @C M EBay. Works with my Alcatel ZTE StraightTalk phone, WiFi tethering. Unlimited . I get it Tuesday. While waiting, I also made a WiFi Repeater. (Via KZbin Videos). So far, Internet is much stronger at home. The Hotspot Box is to Increase that more, and allow me to use as Portibility, with my laptop as I travel anywhere to continue making money online anywhere I choose to travel. Will this Alcatel device work for me? I want to purchase an internet security camera with the simple goal to create a “snapshot” view of my furnace and entrance way in my cabin that has NO INTERNET, cable or fiber in the area but a strong T-Mobile signal for my T-Mobile Android phone. I do not want cloud storage, motion, or sound activation. I just want to use my T-Mobile Android phone Security Camera app to connect with my cabin camera for about 20 seconds 3 times a day. My question is would this device work for this application: I would allow network activity and have the cameras, once I open my app., activate the 4G LTE data usage and then go to standby after I am completed?

I've got this device myself and I've been using it for my PS4 and I've been trying to do downloads while I'm at work but when I get home there's no noticable progress on any of the downloads and the hotspot has turned off despite being set to never go on stand by and my PS4 is also set to stay connected to wifi while in rest mode. I can't seem to figure out why this happens or a solution to it but if you need constant wifi this might not work for you, though if I play videogames online it's not a problem but the speeds can chug quite a bit despite being on the unlimited plan. Does it work on smart tv’s? Update: so I ended up getting it and im not a fan. I first connected to my tv. Video quality wasn’t great which was expected but was also a flag. It kept cutting off to start with and I could not have any other devices connected otherwise it would slow down. I tried to my connect my iPad but I couldn’t get strong enough service to even view the web. That’s even with it connected alone. Not sure how others are connecting 5 devices. I have 50gb and did not Last more that 2 weeks for my tv.

Yes you have to charge it. Go talk to your cellphone carrier for prices. However, if you are receiving any government assistance you may get it completely free like I did.

If she is young though then yes this will be perfect for her an Netflix. It does run out of gigabytes quick though. I went with the 100 gigabyte career by TMobile

IDK if you're still wondering but yes you can, but there are some cons now that there is cars your ping will get high when you try to drive a vehicle, and when you join a creative match you have to wait at least a few minutes for your ping to drop from 500-1000 back to you're usual ping you have in creative, other then that the game is definitely playable.

I had this Alcatel and it was a real piece of shit, kept turning off _multiple_ times a day for no reason, whether running the wifi or tethered to my pc. Many people have complained about this. I then got the Franklin R850 which has been great, but now need to buy the T9 because of the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. So, I'm guessing the T9 should be good as well...I hope.
