Excellent tips on when and how to check your blood pressure. I never knew it was important to check 30 minutes after waking or how blood pressure can fluctuate throughout the day. I will incorporate these tips, thank you!

0:32 Fluctuates throughout the day. 1:13 peaks 4pm to 6pm. Might be 1:40 Maybe 30 minutes relax as 3x morning before food and liquid; 2:54 before food or liquid, relax 3x evening. 3:34 clinically ap(proved) bp reader. 4:20 i take my monitor to doctor’s office. They might not include but helpful to me to compare.

Surely this can not be the correct way to position the tube leading to the monitor in the picture 3:53 to take a reading, it needs to be straight not bent.

Is Omron wrist certified?

I’m not a big fan of wrist monitors generally as they tend not to be as accurate as the arm monitors. Omron is a good company though, and my personal arm monitor is an Omron.
